چکیده | ||
امروزه، داراییهای دانشمحور همچون سرمایه فکری به راهبرد کلیدی جهت دستیابی به موفقیت و بقای سازمانی در محیط رقابتی و غیرقابل پیشبینی تبدیل شده است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر سرمایه فکری و عملکرد سازمانی با میانجیگری چابکسازی سازمانی و مزیت رقابتی در یکی از نیروگاههای کشور است. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری دادهها از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نوع علّی است. بدین منظور نمونهای به حجم 230 آزمودنی، از بین کارکنان نیروگاه برق با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامهی محقق ساخته و برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از روایی محتوایی و سازه و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و آزمون فرضیهها با استفاده از الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری از نرمافزارهای SPSS 21 و Amos 22 استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از بررسی فرضیههای پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایه فکری به صورت مستقیم بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین مزیت رقابتی و چابکی سازمانی نقش میانجی در رابطه میان سرمایه فکری و عملکرد سازمانی داشتهاند، در نهایت الگوی کلی پژوهش تأیید شد. | ||

Today, knowledge-based assets such as intellectual capital as a key strategy to achieve success and survival in the competitive environment and has become unpredictable. The aim of this study is to assess the effect of intellectual capital on organizational performance through organizational agility and competitive advantage in one of the country's power plants. In terms of goal the research was causal and in terms of collecting data it was descriptive-respectively. The participants of this study were 230 employees of power plant that were selected stratified sampling method as the sample of this study. A questionnaire was used to collect data and to check the validity of Content and construct validity and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine reliability. To analyze data and test hypotheses was based on structural equation modeling (SEM) and with SPSS 21 and Amos 22 software. The results showed that intellectual capital is a positive and significant impact on organizational performance directly. Competitive advantage and organizational agility as well as the role of mediator in the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance, finally the general pattern research approved. Therefore, Organizations that want to develop their competitive advantage and organizational agility, should invest on effective implementation of Intellectual capital. | ||
