| چکیده | ||
| یکی از تصمیمات بسیار مهم و استراتژیک در امر بانک‌‌داری، مکانیابی شعب بانک‌‌ها و مؤسسات مالی و اعتباری است. در عصر حاضر به دلیل وجود رقابت بین بانک‌‌ها و مؤسسات مالی و اعتباری برای جذب بیشتر منابع، تسلط بر مؤلفه‌‌های مؤثر بر تجهیز منابع مالی اهمیت ویژه‌‌ای یافته است. مکان استقرار شعب بانک‌‌ها، محرکی مهم در جذب مشتریان است و بازاریابان بانکی باید آن را به دقت مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار دهند. از این‌‌رو، این پژوهش با هدف مکانیابی شعب بانک ملی در شهر ایلام و تعیین پهنه‌‌های مناسب با رویکرد هوشمند شهری به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گرفته است. مراحل طی شده در امر مکانیابی بانک شامل تهیه لایه‌‌های اطلاعاتی برای هر معیار، طبقه‌‌بندی هر لایه اطلاعاتی بر اساس میزان ارزش با استفاده از تحلیل سلسله مراتب فازی و ترکیب همه لایه‌‌های اطلاعاتی و اعمال ضرایب نهایی مدل FUZZYAHP و تهیه نقشه نهایی بوده است. پس از انجام محاسبات و بررسی‌‌های لازم، بیشترین وزن به معیار «نزدیکی به کاربری تجاری» (227/0) و کمترین وزن به معیار «فاصله از دسترسی محلی» (012/0) تعلق گرفت. با توجه به وزن معیارها و همپوشانی لایه‌‌ها در نهایت مکان‌‌های بسیارمناسب با مساحتی معادل 11 هکتار؛ پهنه با استقرار مکانی مناسب با مساحتی معادل 195 هکتار؛ پهنه با استقرار مکانی نسبتاً مناسب با مساحتی معادل 803 هکتار؛ پهنه با استقرار مکانی نامناسب با مساحتی معادل 327 هکتار؛ و پهنه با استقرار مکانی بسیار نامناسب با مساحتی معادل 730 هکتار برای استقرار شعب جدید بانک ملی در شهر ایلام مشخص گردید. بهترین پهنه‌‌ها برای احداث شعب جدید بانک ملی بخش‌‌هایی از منطقه 2، 3 و 4 هستند. | ||

| One of the most important strategic decisions in banking is to find the best locations for the branches of banks as well as credit and financial institutions. Nowadays, because of the steep competition between banks and credit and financial institutions for attracting more resources, understanding the components and factors affecting the improvement of financial resources has gained more importance. The location of the branches of the banks is a very important stimulus for attracting customers. Therefore, it has been closely studied by banking marketers. Therefore, the current study has been carried out to find the best locations for the branches of Melli Bank in Ilam City (in Iran) and determine the most suitable zones using the urban smart growth approach using a descriptive-analytical method. The stages involved in finding the best locations for the bank branches included preparing information layers for each criterion, classifying each information layer based on the values, combining all the information layers, applying the final coefficients of the AHP model, and preparing the final map. Considering the weights of the criteria and the overlap of layers, finally the highly suitable to highly unsuitable locations for establishing the new branches of Melli Bank in Ilam City were determined. Based on the results obtained from the classification, the best locations for establishing new Melli Bank branches in Ilam City were the central districts of the city, and parts of Districts 2, 3, and 4 to improve the citizens’ access to the services provided by Melli Bank. | ||
