چکیده | ||
چکیده امروزه ادارات و سازمانها بدنبال کارکنانی هستند تا بتوانند مناسبترین عملکردها را از خود بروز دهند و با توجه به نوع وظایف و مسئولیتشان توانایی برقرای ارتباط با فرهنگهای متفاوت را نیز داشته باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر هوش فرهنگی بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری با تأکید بر کنترل جنسیت میباشد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - پیمایشی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان اداره میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری استان مازندران میباشند، که تعداد 130 نفر از طریق نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. دادههای این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. برای سنجش هوش فرهنگی و عملکرد شغلی به ترتیب پرسشنامههای أنگ و همکاران (2004)، پاترسون (1989) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای کولمـوگروف- اسـمیرنوف، ضـریب همبسـتگی پیرسـون، رگرسیون چند متغیره و آزمون t استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد هوش فرهنگی و عملکرد شغلی همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد، ولی در معادلات رگرسیونی که اثر ابعاد مختلف مورد سنجش قرار گرفت دو بُعد انگیزشی و رفتاری قدرت پیشبینی پذیری داشته ولی ابعاد فراشناختی و شناختی قدرت پیشبینی نداشتند، همچنین آزمون t نشان داده بین جنسیت زن و مرد از لحاظ هوش فرهنگی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. | ||

purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of cultural intelligence and job performance of cultural heritage and tourism employees with emphasis on gender control. This research is a descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this study is all employees of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Department of Mazandaran Province. 130 people were selected as a sample through cluster sampling. Data of this study were collected through a questionnaire. The questionnaires of Ang et al. (2004) and Patterson (1989) were used to measure cultural intelligence and job performance, respectively. Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression and t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between all dimensions of cultural intelligence and job performance. However, in the regression equations in which the effect of different dimensions was measured, both motivational and behavioral dimensions had a positive effect, but metacognitive and cognitive dimensions did not have the power of predictability. Also, t-test showed that there is no significant difference between men and women in terms of cultural intelligence. | ||
