چکیده | ||
هدف:این پژوهش ادراک تجربیات کارکنان از دورکاری در شرایط کرونایی است .روش مطالعه: روش پژوهش در قالب تحقیق کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسانه است و از این رو از بین کارمندان دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان با تجربۀ دورکاری تا نائل شدن به حد اشباع اطلاعات، 12 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند، انتخاب شدند و با آنها مصاحبه انجام شد. گفتگوها با استفاده از روش کلایزی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: یافتههای بهدستآمده از این پژوهش نشان داد که تجربیات کارمندان از دورکاری در شرایط کرونایی را میتوان در 6 مضمون کلی، ویژگیهای کارکنان(ویژگیهای جمعیت شناختی،مسئولیت پذیری، توانایی نظارت و کنترل بر عملکرد خود، داشتن سواد دورکاری، داشتن روحیۀ انجام وظایف به طور انفرادی، توانایی مدیریت زمان)؛ ویژگیهای مدیران(تعهد مدیران به اجرای برنامههای دورکاری، نگرش مثبت به برنامههای دورکاری و حمایت از آن، اعتماد به مسئولیت پذیری کارکنان، توانایی ارزیابی و کنترل) زیرساختهای فناوری(اینترنت پرسرعت، زیر ساختهای امنیتی، سهولت استفاده، دسترس پذیری،متناسب بودن فناوری با شغل مورد نظر)؛ ماهیت شغل(قابلیت اجرا به صورت فردی، عدم نیاز به ارتباطات رو درو، سهولت اندازه گیری نتایج حاصل از آن، برنامهریزی زمانی منعطف برای انجام آن)؛ عوامل محیطی(مکان فیزیکی مناسب، حمایت خانواده، حمایت سازمان) و فرهنگ سازمانی(فرهنگ مشارکت و تشریک مساعی، فرهنگ نوآوری و تحول، فرهنگ آموزش و توسعه) تقسیمبندی کرد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که با بررسی تجارب کارکنان از دورکاری در شرایط کرونایی میتوان تا حد امکان با تقلیل معایب و مشکلات آن از مزایای آن در جهت توسعۀ کمی و کیفی و بالا بردن بهره وری سازمان مربوطه اقدام نمود. | ||

Objective: The aim of this study was to understand the employees' experiences of teleworking in coronary conditions. Methods: The study was a phenomenological qualitative research. The participants in the study included 12 employees of Azerbaijan Shahid Madani University with experience in teleworking who were selected using purposeful sampling and interviewed. Discussions were analyzed using Colaizzi’s method. Results: Totally, 6 basic concepts were extracted from the interviews including: Employee characteristics(Demographic characteristics, responsibility, ability to monitor and control one's own performance, having telework literacy, having the spirit to perform tasks individually, ability to manage time): managers characteristics(managers' commitment to implementing telework programs, positive attitude towards telework programs and their support, trust in the responsibility of employees, ability to evaluate and control); technology infrastructure(high-speed internet, security infrastructure, ease of use, accessibility, compatibility of technology with the desired job); job nature(Ability to implement individually, no need for face-to-face communication, ease of measuring the results, flexible time planning to do it);environmental factors(suitable physical location, family support, organization support) and organizational culture(Participation culture, culture of innovation and transformation, culture of education and development). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that by examining the employees' experiences of telecommuting in coronary conditions, it is possible to reduce its disadvantages and problems as much as possible in order to develop quantitatively and qualitatively and increase the productivity of the relevant organization. | ||
