چکیده | ||
زمینه و هدف: امروزه، احتمال وقوع کارآفرینی اجتماعی به عنوان مأموریت اجتماعی و انساندوستانه، از طریق انواع مختلف کسبوکارها رو به افزایش است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقش میانجی گردشگری روستایی در تأثیر کارآفرینی اجتماعی بر توسعۀ اقتصادی در استان خراسان شمالی انجام شده است. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس نوع روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از لحاظ روش گردآوری دادهها از نوع پیمایشی است. در تحقیق حاضر از نرمافزار SPSS برای تحلیل دادههای آماری وLisrel جهت آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، هشت روستاهای هدف و دو روستای مقصد گردشگری استان خراسان شمالی است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامۀ مصاحبهمحور استاندارد بوده که به منظور سنجش پایایی آن از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتهها حاکی از آن است که متغیر کارآفرینی اجتماعی، با تأثیرگذاری مستقیم بر شاخصهای گردشگری روستایی، این نوع از گردشگری را در روستاهای مورد مطالعه رونق میدهد. همچنین، یافتههای تحقیق گویای این بود که کارآفرینی اجتماعی به طور مستقیم و با تأثیرگذاری بر شاخصهای اقتصادی، توسعۀ اقتصادی را در منطقۀ مورد مطالعه، ایجاد مینماید. علاوه بر این یافتهها، نشاندهندۀ نقش میانجی گردشگری روستایی در تأثیر کارآفرینی اجتماعی در توسعۀ اقتصادی استان بود، بدان معنا که کارآفرینی اجتماعی گردشگری، با بهبود گردشگری روستایی، به طور غیر مستقیم نیز، توسعۀ اقتصادی را ایجاد میکند. نتیجهگیری و پیشنهادها: در نهایت این گونه نتیجه شد که ظهور کارآفرینی اجتماعی در روستاهای دارای پتانسیل گردشگری، هم به طور مستقیم و هم از طریق نقش میانجی گردشگری روستایی رونق اقتصادی را به دنبال دارد. نوآوری و اصالت: اغلب مطالعات انجامشده پیشین، تأثیرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم اجتماعی و فرهنگی کارآفرینی اجتماعی را مورد توجه قرار دادهاند، اما در تحقیق حاضر این تأثیرات، در توسعۀ اقتصادی روستاهای دارای پتانسیل گردشگری مورد بررسی واقع شد. | ||

Context and Purpose: Nowadays, the probability of occurrence of the social entrepreneurship as a social and humanitarian mission is increasing through various types of businesses, including types of tourism. The present research was conducted to analyze the mediating role of rural tourism in the impact of social entrepreneurship on economic development in North Khorasan province. Design/methodology/approach: This study follows a descriptive research method and is practical in terms of purpose and survey type in terms of the data collection method. Moreover, SPSS software was used for descriptive statistics, and Lisrel software was utilized to test research hypotheses. The statistical population of the research was ten target villages and tourist destinations of North Khorasan province, which were selected through the purposeful sampling method. The tool for collecting information related to the research variables was an interview-based questionnaire, whose content and construct validities were checked. The reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test as higher than 0.7 for all three variables of the current research. Findings: The obtained results indicate that the variable of social entrepreneurship has a direct and significant effect on the variables of economic development and rural tourism. Also, the rural tourism variable positively affects the economic development variable. On the other hand, the social entrepreneurship variable, through the mediator role of the rural tourism variable, has an indirect and significant effect on economic development. Conclusion: The key result is that the emergence of social entrepreneurship in villages with tourism potential leads to economic prosperity in both direct and indirect ways. Originality/value: Most of the previous studies have paid attention to the direct and indirect social and cultural effects of social entrepreneurship, but in the present research, these effects were investigated in the economic development of villages with tourism potential. | ||
