| چکیده | ||
| هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی الزامات اثربخشی درس کارآموزی رشته‌های فنی- مهندسی می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، در زمره پژوهش‌های کیفی و از نوع فراترکیب بوده که با استفاده از روش هفت مرحله‌ای ساندلوسکی و باروسو انجام شده است. منابع گردآوری داده‌ها، پنج پایگاه داده خارجی و دو پایگاه داده فارسی بوده است. در ابتدا 27 منبع استخراج شدند که با استفاده از الگوی غربال‌گری و حذف عناوین نامرتبط، چکیده‌های نامرتبط و سپس متون نامرتبط نهایتاً سیزده منبع پژوهشی مرتبط، مبنای تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش شش پایگاه داده به زبان انگلیسی شامل اسکوپوس، امرالد، ساینس‌دایرکت، اشپیرینگر، وب‌آف‌ساینس برای مطالعات خارجی و دو پایگاه داده به زبان فارسی شامل «پایگاه نشریات کشور» و «پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی» انتخاب شدند. برای جست‌وجوی مقالات در این پایگاه‌ها از واژه‌های کلیدی« کارآموزی » ، « فنی- مهندسی » استفاده و مقالات مرتبط در بازه زمانی سال‌های 2018 تا 2022 جمع‌آوری گردید. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد که نتیجه آن استخراج مدل مشتمل بر سه مضمون سازمان‌دهنده نقش فراگیران(توسعه حرفه‌ای و مسئولیت‌پذیری)، نقش سازمان‌های اجتماعی(استانداردسازی فعالیت‌های آموزش مهندسی و پاسخ به تقاضاهای شغلی) و نقش اساتید(سازماندهی و برنامه‌ریزی مهندسی و طراحی محیط‌های واقعی کارآموزی) می‌باشد. اعتبار داده‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک‌های اعتبارپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری و هم‌سوسازی داده‌ها و اعتمادپذیری به داده‌ها نیز با هدایت دقیق جریان جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و هم‌سوسازی پژوهش‌گران تائید گردید. به‌طور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که هم دوره کارآموزی و هم تحصیلات دانشگاهی به توسعه مهارت‌های دانشجویان مهندسی کمک می‌‌کند. | ||

| The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness requirements of technical-engineering internship courses. In terms of its practical purpose, this research is one of the qualitative and meta-composite studies, which was carried out using Sandelovski and Barroso’s seven-step method. The sources of data collection were five foreign and two Persian databases. At first, 27 papers were extracted, and by using the screening pattern and removing irrelevant titles, unrelated abstracts, and then unrelated texts, 13 relevant articles became the basis of the analysis. In this research, six English databases, including Scopus, Emerald, Site Direct, Spiringer, and Web of Science, were selected for foreign studies, and two Persian databases, including "Kashre Journals Database" and "University Jihad Scientific Information Database", were chosen for domestic journal. To search for articles in these databases, the keywords "internship" and "engineering technique" were used and related articles were collected from 2018 to 2022. Data analysis was done with the thematic analysis method, which resulted in the extraction of a model consisting of three organizing themes: the role of learners (professional development and responsibility), the role of social organizations (standardization of engineering education activities and response to job demands), and the role of professors (organizing and planning engineering and designing real internship environments). The validity of the data was confirmed by using the techniques of reliability, transferability, and alignment of data. The reliability of the data was also confirmed by the accurate guidance of the flow of information collection and alignment of the researchers. The results showed that both internship and university education help develop engineering students’ skills. | ||
