| چگونگی و چرایی توسعه مقاصد گردشگری استان مازندران نشان از تراکم و تمرکز بیش از حد فعالیتها و تاسیسات گردشگری در برخی نواحی و محروم ماندن برخی دیگر علیرغم داشتن پتانسیل های بالا در توسعه گردشگری است. این عدم تعادل نشان می¬دهد که مفهوم عدالت فضایی - به معنای عام توسعه متوازن با توانمندیها- در برنامه ریزی توسعه گردشگری استان دیده نشده است و یا پیاده سازی آن با مشکلاتی همراه بوده است. تحلیل خوشه ای از جمله تکنیک هایی است که به کمک آن می¬توان به برقراری عدالت فضایی در توسعه گردشگری امیدوار بود. در تحلیل خوشه ای براساس اصل تشابه، مقصدهای گردشگری به گروه‌هایی تقسیم می شوند که تشابه درون گروهی اعضا حداکثر و تشابه بین گروه‌ها حداقل است. از یافته های مهم این مقاله نحوه شناسایی بهینه ترین شکل سطح بندی مقاصد گردشگری در استان مازندران است که می تواند مورد استفاده مدیران و برنامه ریزان گردشگری قرار گیرد. | ||

| How and why the tourism destinations development in mazandaran province demonstrates inordinate density and concentration of activities and facilities in some regions and foreclose in another region, while, these regions may have high potentials in tourism development. This disequilibrium indicates that concept of spacial justice –balanced in development and competence- don’t attend in mazandaran tourism development planning or its implementation accompany with some difficulties. The Cluster analyze is among of techniques to utilize in spatial justice. Base on similarity principle, it is divided tourism destinations to clusters that have maximum within the group member’s similarity and minimum between groups similarity. The technique performs in Hierarchical, Partitioning and hybrid methods. This analytical-descriptive article notices to illustrate how cluster analyses implementation in mazandaran tourism destinations (countries) and descriptive its different methods. The Most important result of this article is about classification of the optimum position of Mazandaran tourism destination which can be useful for managers and policy makers. The Results illustrate that the optimum position of Mazandaran tourism destination based on capacity of tourism development divided to five classes. | ||
