چکیده | ||
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به گسترش پژوهشهای گردشگری سلامت، پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد تا تصویری کلی از تکامل گردشگری سلامت ارائه داده و روندها و جریانهای پژوهشی آیندۀ آن را با بهرهگیری از تکنیکهای کتابسنجی و مصورسازی شناسایی کند. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و با رویکرد کتابسنجی انجام گرفته است. دادهها در بازه زمانی سال 1997 تا ماه می 2024، محدود به مقالات مروری و پژوهشی و به زبان انگلیسی، از پایگاه وبآوساینس (1489 مقاله) بازیابی و چکیده و کلمات کلیدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و اجرای تحلیلهای همتألیفی و همآیندی واژگان نیز با استفاده از نرمافزار VOSviewer انجام گرفت. یافتهها: یافتههی پژوهش، پراستنادترین پژوهشگران، مجلات، کشورها و دانشگاههای حوزه را معرفی میکند. یافتههای تحلیل همتألیفی کشورها نشانگر توسعۀ روزافزون گردشگری سلامت در کشورهای آسیایی است. تحلیل همآیندی واژگان، علاوه بر توسعۀ گردشگری تندرستی، مهمترین رویکردهای نوآورانه بازاریابی از جمله بازاریابی تجربی، همآفرینی ارزش و شخصیسازی خدمات و فناوریهای نوین و رسانههای اجتماعی و برندسازی را به عنوان جریانهای پژوهشی آینده، نشان میدهند. نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادات: نیاز است تا پژوهشگران و فعالان گردشگری سلامت با توجه ویژه به گردشگری تندرستی و نیز مفاهیم نوین بازاریابی و فناوریهای روز همچون پزشکی از راه دور، پوشیدنیها و بسیاری دیگر، به توسعۀ گردشگری سلامت در سطح کسبوکار و مقصد یاری رسانند. نوآوری و اصالت: پژوهش حاضر علاوه بر ارائۀ تصویری جامع از ادبیات گردشگری سلامت، روندتکاملی، جریانها و موضوعات پژوهشی جدید را به پژوهشگران و فعالان نشان میدهد. | ||

Context and Purpose: Given the expansion of research in health tourism, the present study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the field's evolution and to identify future research trends and directions through bibliometric and visualization techniques. Design/methodology/approach: This study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach using bibliometric methods. Data from 1997 to May 2024, limited to English-language reviews and research articles, were retrieved from the Web of Science database, comprising 1489 articles. Abstracts and keywords were subsequently analyzed. Data analysis, including authorship and keyword analysis, was conducted using VOSviewer software. Findings: The findings reveal the most cited researchers, journals, countries, and universities in the field. Results from the co-authorship analysis indicate significant growth in health tourism within Asian countries. The co-occurrence analysis identifies wellness tourism also innovative marketing approaches as key areas for future research, including experiential marketing, value co-creation, service personalization, the integration of new technologies, and the roles of social media and branding. Conclusion: Health tourism researchers and practitioners should pay particular attention to wellness tourism, innovative marketing concepts, and modern technologies, including telemedicine, wearable devices, and others, assisting health tourism development at the level of business and destination. Originality/value: In addition to offering a comprehensive overview of the health tourism literature, this research illustrates the field's evolutionary trajectory, current trends, and emerging research topics for scholars and practitioners. | ||
