| چکیده | ||
| استفاده از هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند بعنوان پیشران قدرتمند در تحولات آینده جهان باشد.زیرا در عصر جدید مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، هنجارهای جدیدی با محوریت روابط انسان-ماشین و ماشین-ماشین در حال شکل گیری است که مستقل از متغیرهای انسانی و طبیعی، سریعتر تحولات مختلف بین المللی را پیش‌بینی و محاسبه می‌کنند از این رو سرمایه گذاری در هوش مصنوعی در همه‌ی جنبه‌ها درکشورهای توسعه یافته زمینه رقابت را با سایر کشورها فراهم خواهد کرد. از این رو این تحقیق با هدف جایگاه هوش مصنوعی در آینده روابط بین الملل(مطالعه موردی ایالات متحده آمریکا) انجام شده است وبه تأسی از وجه غالب محققین واندیشمندان علوم سیاسی برای اینگونه تحقیقات، از روش کنونی استفاده می‌نمایند.لذا این تحقیق از نظر نوع مطالعه کاربردی و توصیفی-تحلیلی است و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از اساتید دانشگاهها که در زمینه هوش مصنوعی و مطالعات آمریکا تخصص داشته‌اند،می باشد. روش تحقیق از نوع ترکیبی است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که تقریباً تمامی کشورها بویژه کشورهای توسعه یافته مانند ایالات متحده و چین دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی در حوزه هوش‌‌مصنوعی و به دنبال آن بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی خود را یکی از اهداف اصلی توسعه هوش مصنوعی در نظر گرفته‌‌اند. این موضوع می‌تواند ناشی از پتانسیل عظیم اقتصادی توسعه هوش‌‌مصنوعی باشد. به طور کلی می توان نتیجه گرفت که بهره گیری از هوش مصنوعی در مناسبات بین الملل ابزاری جهت تقویت قدرت ملی است. | ||

| The use of artificial intelligence can be a powerful driving force in the future developments of the world. Because in the new era based on artificial intelligence, new norms centered on human-machine and machine-machine relationships are being formed, which, independent of human and natural variables, will lead to faster developments. They predict and calculate different international Therefore, investing in artificial intelligence in all aspects in developed countries will provide the basis for competition with other countries. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of the place of artificial intelligence in the future of international relations (case study of the United States of America) and due to the fact that the majority of political science researchers and thinkers use the current method for such research.Therefore, this research is applied and descriptive-analytical in terms of type of study, and data collection is from university professors who have specialized in artificial intelligence and American studies. The research method is of mixed type. The results of the current research show that almost all countries, especially developed countries such as the United States and China, have considered achieving a competitive advantage in the field of artificial intelligence and subsequently improving their economic status as one of the main goals of artificial intelligence development.This issue can be caused by the huge economic potential of artificial intelligence development. In general, it can be concluded that the use of artificial intelligence in international relations is a tool to strengthen national power. | ||
