| مقدمه و هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، مطالعه اثر اصالت فردی بر گشودگی به تجربه و رفتارهای خلاقانه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی است. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است که به صورت میدانی اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران (1350 نفر) بود که 300 معلم به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. سه پرسش‌‌نامه استاندارد اصالت فردی وود و همکاران (2009)، گشودگی به تجربه فن و همکاران (2018) و رفتارهای خلاقانه می و همکاران (2015) جهت گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش استفاده شدند. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها توسط پنج دکترای مدیریت ورزشی تأیید شد و در یک مطالعه مقدماتی، نتایج آزمون آلفای کرونباخ نشان داد پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌های مورد استفاده قابل قبول می‌باشند. تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری شده به شکل توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی (مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری) انجام گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اصالت فردی اثر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر گشودگی به تجربه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی دارد (899/0=β، 40/194=t). همچنین نتایج مشخص نمود اثر اصالت فردی بر رفتارهای خلاقانه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مثبت و معنی‌دار است (271/0=β، 3/501=t). در نهایت نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اثر اصالت فردی بر رفتارهای خلاقانه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی گشودگی به تجربه مثبت و معنی‌دار می‌باشد (590/0=β، 9/310=t). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد، معلمان تربیت بدنی با پرورش حس اصالت و گشودگی به تجربه، می‌توانند محیط یادگیری پویاتر و جذاب‌تر را با شیوه‌های آموزشی خلاقانه‌تر برای دانش‌آموزان ایجاد کنند. | ||

| Introduction and Purpose: The main goal of this research is to study the effect of individual authenticity on openness to experience and creative behaviors of physical education teachers. Methodology The current research is a description of a survey type that was carried out in the field. Its statistical population included all physical education teachers of Mazandaran province (1350 people), of which 300 teachers were selected as a statistical sample. Three standard questionnaires of individual originality by Wood et al. (2009), openness to experience by Fan et al. (2018) and creative behaviors by May et al. (2015) were used to collect research data. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by five PhDs in sports management, and in a preliminary study, the results of Cronbach's alpha test showed that the reliability of the questionnaires used was acceptable. The analysis of the collected data was done in a descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (structural equation modeling) form. Findings: The research results showed a positive and significant relationship between individual authenticity and openness to experience (β=0.899, t=40.194). Also, a positive and significant relationship was observed between individual originality and creative behavior of physical education experts (β=0.271, t=3.501). Another part of the research results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between openness to experience and creative behavior of experts (β=0.698, t=9.503). Finally, the results showed that the relationship between individual authenticity and the creative behavior of physical education experts with the mediating role of openness to experience is positive and significant (β=0.590, t=9.310). Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be concluded that physical education teachers, by cultivating a sense of authenticity and openness to experience, can create a more dynamic and attractive learning environment with more creative teaching methods for students. | ||
