چکیده | ||
هدف: مراکز یادگیری محلی نقش مهمی در آموزش بزرگسالان و ارتقای سواد جامعه دارند. ارزیابی این مراکز میتواند به شناسایی چالشها و فرصتهای بهبود آنها کمک کند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی وضعیت مراکز یادگیری محلی آموزش بزرگسالان در استان مازندران و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود کمی و کیفی آنها است. روششناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شده است. برای ارزیابی مراکز، از الگوی CIPP استفاده شده و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شدهاند. جامعه آماری شامل ۲۱ نفر از مدیران، آموزشدهندگان و فراگیران مراکز یادگیری محلی بوده و دادهها با روش هفتمرحلهای کلایزی تحلیل شدهاند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که چالشهای اصلی این مراکز شامل مشکلات فرهنگی، محدودیتهای مالی، ضعف در برنامههای انگیزشی، کمبود تجهیزات و منابع آموزشی، و نیاز به آموزشهای تخصصی برای آموزشدهندگان است. این عوامل تأثیر منفی بر کیفیت یادگیری و میزان مشارکت فراگیران دارند. نتیجهگیری و پیشنهادها: برای بهبود کمی و کیفی مراکز یادگیری محلی، پیشنهادهایی ازجمله افزایش حمایت مالی، بهبود شرایط پرداختی آموزشدهندگان، بازنگری در محتوای آموزشی، توسعه برنامههای انگیزشی و تجهیز مراکز ارائه شده است. اجرای این راهکارها میتواند به ارتقای سطح سواد بزرگسالان و افزایش اثربخشی این مراکز کمک کند. نوآوری و اصالت: این پژوهش با ارائه راهکارهای کاربردی و منطبق بر نیازهای واقعی آموزشدهندگان و فراگیران، به بهبود عملکرد مراکز یادگیری محلی و سیاستگذاریهای آینده در حوزه آموزش بزرگسالان کمک میکند. یافتههای این تحقیق میتواند مبنای سیاستگذاریهای جدید در این حوزه قرار گیرد و به تقویت زیرساختهای آموزشی و بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی منجر شود. | ||

Aim: Local learning centers play a crucial role in adult education and literacy development. Evaluating these centers can help identify challenges and opportunities for improvement. This study aims to assess the status of local learning centers for adult education in Mazandaran Province and propose strategies for their quantitative and qualitative enhancement. Methodology: This research employs a qualitative approach using descriptive phenomenology. The CIPP evaluation model was utilized, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and checklists. The statistical population consisted of 21 managers, educators, and learners from local learning centers. Data were analyzed using the seven-step Colaizzi method. Results: The results revealed several key challenges, including cultural issues, financial constraints, lack of motivational programs, insufficient educational resources, and the need for specialized teacher training. These factors negatively impact learning quality and learner participation. Conclusions and suggestions: To improve the quality and quantity of local learning centers, suggestions include increasing financial support, improving instructors’ compensation, revising educational content, developing motivational programs, and equipping the centers. Implementing these solutions can enhance adult literacy and the effectiveness of these centers. Innovation and originality: This study offers practical solutions tailored to the real needs of instructors and learners, helping to improve the performance of local learning centers and future policy-making in adult education | ||
