| اهداف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثر هشت هفته تمرین ورزشی استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی بر سطوح پلاسمایی آدیپولین و فورین رتهای دیابتی پیر چاق بود. روش مطالعه: تعداد 32 رت چاق بصورت تصادفی در 4 گروه (تمرین استقامتی، تمرین مقاومتی، تمرین ترکیبی و کنترل) تقسیم شدند. رتها با تزریـق درونصفاقی استرپتوزوتوسین به مقدار 55 میلیگرم بـه ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن دیابتی شدند. تمرین استقامتی روی تردمیل و با شدت متوسط (50 تا 70 درصد حداکثر ظرفیت دویدن) به مدت 1 ساعت در روز، تمرین مقاومتی نیز با شدت 50-70 درصد حداکثر بار، با 15 صعود در هر جلسه و فاصله زمانی 1 دقیقه بین صعودها اجرا شد. تمرینات ترکیبی نیز بصورت ترکیبی از تمرین استقامتی و مقاومتی و بصورت یک روز روی تردمیل و یک روز روی نردبان اجرا شد. 48 ساعت پس از پایان تمرین، سطح پلاسمایی آدیپولین و فورین به روش الایزا اندازهگیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکسویه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد سطح سرمی آدیپولین در گروههای تمرین استقامتی (001/0P=)، تمرین مقاومتی (میانگین 003/0P=) و تمرین ترکیبی (001/0P=) نسبت به گروه کنترل بطور معناداری افزایش یافته است. همچنین سطح این آدیپوکاین در گروه تمرین استقامتی نسبت به تمرین مقاومتی بطور معناداری بالاتر بود (023/0P=). سطح سرمی فورین در گروههای تمرین استقامتی، تمرین مقاومتی و تمرین ترکیبی بطور معنیداری (001/0P=) پایینتر از گروه کنترل بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی، مقاومتی و ترکیبی میتواند اثرات مثبتی روی تغییرات بر آدیپولین و فورین بگذارد. با اینحال، این تغییرات برای آدیپولین تا حدودی به نوع تمرین ورزشی بستگی دارد. | ||

| Objectives: The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of eight weeks of endurance, resistance and combined exercise training on plasma levels of adipolin and furin in obese diabetic old rats. Methods: 32 obese rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (endurance training, resistance training, combined training and control). Rats were made diabetic by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin at a dose of 55 mg/kg body weight. Endurance training was performed on a treadmill at a moderate intensity (50-70% of maximum running capacity) for 1 hour per day, and resistance training was performed at an intensity of 50-70% of maximum load, with 15 climbs per session and a 1-minute interval between climbs. Combined training was also performed as a combination of endurance and resistance training, one day on the treadmill and one day on the ladder. 48 hours after the end of the training, plasma levels of adipolin and furin were measured by ELISA. Data analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc test. Results: The results showed that serum adiponectin levels were significantly increased in the endurance training (P=0.001), resistance training (mean P=0.003) and combined training (P=0.001) groups compared to the control group. Also, the level of this adipokine was significantly higher in the endurance training group compared to the resistance training (P=0.023). Serum furin levels were significantly lower in the endurance training, resistance training and combined training groups (P=0.001) than in the control group. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that eight weeks of endurance, resistance and combined training can have positive effects on changes in adiponectin and furin. However, these changes for adiponectin depend to some extent on the type of exercise. | ||
