| چکیده | ||
| یکی از بهترین روش‌های موجود برای راه‌اندازی رشته‌های ورزشی و اجتناب از هزینه‌های ابتدایی، بازسازی و نوسازی اماکن ورزشی در دانشگاه‌ها، راهبرد برون‌سپاری است؛ از طرفی توسعه ورزش تیراندازی هم به تقویت جسم و روح دانشجویان کمک می‌کند و هم می‌تواند برای دانشگاه صرفه اقتصادی داشته باشد؛ ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش تحلیل برون‌سپاری رشته تیراندازی دانشگاه مازندران از منظر گروه کانونی بود. پژوهش ازلحاظ ماهیت اکتشافی تحلیلی و ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی می‌باشد.از روش کیفی گروه کانونی برای گردآوری داده‌ها و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش داده بنیاد با رویکرد گلیزر استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را خبرگان مرتبط با برون‌سپاری ورزش و رشته تیراندازی تشکیل دادند که شامل رئیس و اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشکده تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه مازندران، مدیران سابق و فعلی تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه مازندران، رئیس هیأت تیراندازی بابلسر و قهرمان رشته تیراندازی بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری، نظری و هدفمند به‌صورت هم‌زمان بود. جلسه گروه کانونی با حضور 7 نفر خبره و 3 نفر تیم تحقیق برگزار شد. پس از کدگذاری جهت اعتبار پذیری پژوهش، کل جلسه کانونی ضبط و متن مکتوب مصاحبه به همراه کدهای استخراج‌شده توسط برخی از مشارکت‌کنندگان بازبینی شد. قابلیت اطمینان‌پذیری نیز از طریق «مسیرنمای حسابرسی» تأمین گردید. جهت تائید پذیری تشریح کامل مراحل پژوهش در اختیار چند تن از همکاران پژوهش قرار داده شد تا صحت نحوه انجام پژوهش تائید گردد. انتقال‌پذیری نیز با «اصل حداکثری تنوع» حاصل شد. یافته‌ها: 53 کدباز در قالب 35 مفهوم و 5 مقوله ویژگی‌های خاص ورزش تیراندازی، الزامات رشته تیراندازی، بعد اقتصادی، مدیریت سیستم، راهبرد برون‌سپاری، دسته‌بندی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده مواردی که در برون‌سپاری رشته تیراندازی و فضاهای دانشگاهی آن در نظر گرفته شود، پیشنهاد شد؛ ازجمله این موارد می‌توان به تفویض اختیار به مدیران تربیت‌بدنی و همکاری بخش‌های اداری همچون بخش مالی، پشتیبانی و مجموعه حراست دانشگاه با مدیریت تربیت‌بدنی با هدف بهبود سیاست‌های برون‌سپاری رشته‌های ورزش در دانشگاه. | ||

| Methodology: This research is exploratory and analytical in terms of nature and practical in terms of purpose, and the qualitative method of the focus group was used to collect data and to analyze the data, the foundation data method with Glazer's approach was used. The statistical population of the research was made up of experts related to the outsourcing of sports and shooting, which included the president and faculty members of the Faculty of Physical Education of Mazandaran University, the former and current directors of physical education of Mazandaran University, the head of the Babolsar shooting board and the champion of the shooting field. The sampling method was theoretical and targeted at the same time. The focus group meeting was held with the presence of 7 experts and 3 members of the research team. After coding for the credibility of the research, the entire focus session was recorded and the written text of the interview was reviewed along with the extracted codes by some participants. Reliability was also provided through "audit guide". In order to verify the complete description of the research steps, it was provided to several research colleagues to confirm the correctness of the research method. Transferability was also achieved by the "principle of maximum diversity". Findings: 55 coders were categorized in the form of 36 concepts and 5 categories of shooting sport characteristics, shooting discipline requirements, economic dimension, system management, outsourcing strategy. Conclusion: Based on the findings, the things that should be considered in the outsourcing of university places and spaces, especially in the field of shooting, were suggested. including delegating authority to physical education managers and cooperating with the financial and support department and the security complex of the university with them to apply policies related to the field of sports. | ||
