| Abstract | ||
| Methodology: This research is exploratory and analytical in terms of nature and practical in terms of purpose, and the qualitative method of the focus group was used to collect data and to analyze the data, the foundation data method with Glazer's approach was used. The statistical population of the research was made up of experts related to the outsourcing of sports and shooting, which included the president and faculty members of the Faculty of Physical Education of Mazandaran University, the former and current directors of physical education of Mazandaran University, the head of the Babolsar shooting board and the champion of the shooting field. The sampling method was theoretical and targeted at the same time. The focus group meeting was held with the presence of 7 experts and 3 members of the research team. After coding for the credibility of the research, the entire focus session was recorded and the written text of the interview was reviewed along with the extracted codes by some participants. Reliability was also provided through "audit guide". In order to verify the complete description of the research steps, it was provided to several research colleagues to confirm the correctness of the research method. Transferability was also achieved by the "principle of maximum diversity". Findings: 55 coders were categorized in the form of 36 concepts and 5 categories of shooting sport characteristics, shooting discipline requirements, economic dimension, system management, outsourcing strategy. Conclusion: Based on the findings, the things that should be considered in the outsourcing of university places and spaces, especially in the field of shooting, were suggested. including delegating authority to physical education managers and cooperating with the financial and support department and the security complex of the university with them to apply policies related to the field of sports. | ||
