| چکیده | ||
| یکی از الزامات مدرن‌سازی ورزش رقابتی در کشورهای در حال توسعه، حرفه‌ای شدن منابع انسانی از جمله ورزشکاران است زیرا بدون حرفهایگرایی نمی‌توانند در مسیر ورزشی به سطح مناسبی از پیشرفت و موفقیت رسید. به دلیل تفاوت بین رشته‌ها، سیستم‌ها و محیط‌های ورزشی در ظرفیت حرفه‌ای‌شدن؛ این پژوهش بر تلفیق نظری انواع رویکردهای حرفه‌گرایی ورزشکاران در مسیر ورزشی_شغلی به صورت موردی سیستم ورزش ایالتی برای منطقه اقلیم کردستان عراق متمرکز بود. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون بود. صاحب‌نظران نظرخواهی شده شامل سه گروه صاحب‌نظران علمی (اساتید مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه‌ها)، صاحب‌نظران اجرایی (مدیران و کارشناسان سازمانی ورزش) و صاحب‌نظران تجربی (ورزشکاران و مربیان حرفه‌ای) بود. نمونه انتخابی براساس رسیدن به اشباع نظری در مصاحبه برآورد گردید (17 نفر). نمونه‌گیری به روش قضاوتی (معیارهای تحصیل، تخصص، تجربه و مسئولیت) انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه هدایت شده براساس یک چارچوب تشریحی-پرسشی بود. روایی پژوهش از طریق انتخاب شایسته نمونه، کنترل روایی درونی حین انجام مصاحبه، توافق بین مصححان کدگذاری کنترل و تایید گردید. نتایج نشان داد که چارچوب مفاهیم مستخرج شامل 84 مفهوم اولیه، 34 مضمون فرعی، 11 مضمون اصلی و 5 مضمون کلی است. پنج مضمون کلی شامل؛ زمینه‌‌یابی محیطی حرفه‌ای شدن، ظرفیت‌سازی سیستم ورزش برای حرفه‌ای‌سازی، همسوسازی رویکردهای حرفهایگرایی در ورزشکاران، حرفهایگرایی مسیر ورزشی_شغلی و کارکردهای حرفهایگرایی ورزشکاران بود. براساس یافته‌ها می-توان گفت که حرفهایگرایی ورزشکاران نیازمند بسترسازی محیط درونی و بیرونی سیستم ورزش و بکارگیری رویکردهای فردی (خودسازی حرفه‌ای)، گروهی (جامعه حرفه‌ای) و سازمانی (برنامه حرفه‌ای‌سازی) در دوره‌های استعدادپروری، ورزشکاری و اشتغال مجدد است. از این رو پیشنهاد می‌شود حرفهایگرایی مقوله‌ای چندبعدی و چندمرحله‌ای تلفیق همزمان رویکردهای حرفهایگرایی ورزشکاران به عنوان یک الزام و استراتژی مورد توجه متولیان و تحلیلگران سیستم ورزش رقابتی عراق و اقلیم کردستان قرار بگیرد. | ||

| One of the requirements for the modernization of competitive sports in developing countries is the professionalization of human resources, including athletes, because without professionalism, they cannot reach a suitable level of progress and success in sports. Due to the difference between disciplines, systems and sports environments in the professionalism capacity; This research was focused on the theoretical integration of various approaches to the professionalism of athletes in the sports-career path. The research method was qualitative with thematic analysis approach. The consulted experts included two groups of scientific experts, executive experts and experimental experts. The sample was estimated based on reaching theoretical saturation in the interview (17 people). Sampling was done by judgment method. The research tool was a semi-guided exploratory interview based on a descriptive-questioning framework. The validity of the research was confirmed through appropriate selection of the sample, internal validity control during the interview, agreement between the correctors of coding. The results showed that the framework of extracted concepts includes 84 primary concepts, 34 secondary themes, 11 main themes and 5 general themes. Five general themes include; The environmental context of professionalization, the capacity building of the sports system for professionalization, the alignment of the approaches of professionalism in athletes, the professionalism of the sports-career path and the functions of the professionalism of athletes. Finding showed that the professionalism of athletes requires the establishment of the internal and external environment of the sports system and the use of individual (professional self-improvement), group (professional community) and organizational (professional program) approaches. It is suggested that professionalism is a multi-dimensional and multi-stage category that combines the approaches of athletes' professionalism at the same time and should be considered as a strategy by the analysts of the competitive sports system of the Kurdistan region. | ||
