| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر توانمندسازی کارکنان بر تابآوری سازمانی با میانجیگری چابکی سازمانی است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، شهرداری مشهد مقدس بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 198 نفر برآورد گردید. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده توزیع و تکمیل پرسشنامه انجام شد. برای سنجش متغیر توانمندسازی از پرسشنامۀ توانمندسازی روان-شناختی اسپریتزر، برای سنجش متغیر تابآوری سازمانی از پرسشنامۀ کلاهنن، همچنین برای سنجش متغیر چابکی سازمانی از پرسشنامۀ تورنگ لین و همکاران استفاده شده است. در تحقیق حاضر آزمون پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ تمامی متغیرها بیش از 7/0 به دست آمد که نشان از پایایی مناسب ابزار داشت. روایی پرسشنامهها براساس نظرات اساتید مورد برسی قرار گرفت و جرح و تعدیلاتی در پرسشنامه صورت پذیرفت. در این پژوهش برای تجزیهوتحلیل داده ها و اطلاعات و آزمون فرضیهها از نرمافزارهای SPSS و PLS استفاده شده است. نتیجۀ تجزیهوتحلیل-ها بیانگر این است که چابکی سازمانی تأثیر توانمندسازی کارکنان را بر تابآوری شهرداری شهر مشهد مقدس میانجی گری میکند. توانمندسازی سازمانی بر تابآوری کارکنان شهرداری مشهد مقدس تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. توانمندسازی بر چابکی سازمانی شهرداری مشهد مقدس تأثیر مثبت و معنادار و چابکی بر تابآوری کارکنان شهرداری مشهد مقدس تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. | ||

| This study aimed to investigate the effect of employee empowerment on organizational resilience through the mediation of organizational agility. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the research is Mashhad Municipality. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size was estimated to be 198 people. The questionnaire was distributed and completed using a simple random sampling method. Spritzer Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (1995) was used to measure the empowerment variable, Kolhanen Questionnaire (1996) was used to measure the organizational resilience variable, and Tureng Lin et al.'s (2005) questionnaire was used to measure the organizational agility variable. In the current research, the reliability test Cronbach's alpha of all variables was more than 0.7, which shows that the reliability of the questionnaires is confirmed. The validity of the questionnaires was checked and confirmed based on the opinions of the professors. In this research, SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze data and information and test hypotheses. The result of statistical analysis shows that organizational agility mediates the relationship between employee empowerment and resilience. Organizational empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee resilience. Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational agility, and agility has a positive and significant effect on employees' resilience. | ||
