| زمینه و هدف: بوم‌گردی یکی از انواع گردشگری است که به دنبال توسعۀ پایدار مقاصد گردشگری بوده و سعی در کاهش آثار منفی ناشی از حضور گردشگران دارد. نقش مهم و غیرقابل انکار اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در توسعۀ گردشگری و توانمندسازی جوامع محلی، باعث شده است که در این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌های توسعۀ این اقامتگاه‌ها در نواحی روستایی شهرستان شیراز بهعنوان هدف اصلی پژوهش در نظر گرفته شود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها، کیفی (تحلیل محتوا) محسوب می‌شود. روش شناسی: در این پژوهش، استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه‌های عمیق، کدها استخراج شده و در ادامه با استفاده از نظریۀ زمینه‌بنیاد به تحلیل و جمعبندی چالش‌ها، عوامل و راهکارها اقدام شده است. یافته ها: مهم‌ترین یافته‌های این پژوهش عبارت است از: چالش‌هایی مانند تورم، کاهش توان اقتصادی مردم، فقدان نظام حمایتی منسجم از سوی دولت و رقابت نابرابر با اقامتگاه‌های غیرمجاز، عوامل مؤثری مانند ایجاد سازوکارهای تشویقی، ساماندهی اقامتگاه‌های غیرمجاز، سرمایه‌گذاری در آموزش جوامع محلی و تدوین استانداردهای مشخص برای درجه‌بندی کیفی این اقامتگاه‌ها و راهکارهای پیشرفت مانند تعریف درست و درک مفهوم اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی، برگزاری نمایشگاه‌ها و رویدادهای گردشگری در سطح منطقه، استفاده از ابزارهای مدرن بازاریابی، توجه به نوآوری و خلاقیت باید مورد توجه قرار گیرند. نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادات: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین چالش‌های توسعۀ این اقامتگاه‌ها شامل: کالبدی، دانشی، مدیریتی و پایداری، مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر پیشرفت شامل: اصالت‌ها و هویت فرهنگی، مزیت‌های محیطی و جغرافیایی و ویژگی‌ها و برتری‌های معیشتی و اقتصادی، مهم‌ترین راهکارهای پیشرفت شامل: اصلاح کالبدی- امنیتی اقامتگاه‌ها، ارتقاء بازاریابی و بازارسازی و بازارداری بوم‌گردی، ترویج و آموزش مبانی و اصول بوم‌گردی است. نوآوری و اصالت: این پژوهش با بررسی دقیق چالش‌ها، عوامل مؤثر و ارائۀ راهکارهای عملی برای توسعۀ اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در شهرستان شیراز، بهویژه با تأکید بر اصالت‌ها و هویت فرهنگی منطقه، می‌تواند بهعنوان الگویی برای توسعۀ پایدار گردشگری روستایی در سایر مناطق مشابه عمل کند. | ||

| Context and Purpose: Ecotourism is a type of tourism that aims for the sustainable development of tourist destinations and seeks to reduce the negative impacts of tourism. The important and undeniable role of ecotourism resorts in the development of tourism and the empowerment of local communities has led to the identification and analysis of the challenges of developing these resorts in rural areas of Shiraz, as the main objective of this research. Design/methodology/approach: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative (content analysis) in terms of the nature of the data. In this study, data were collected through library and field methods, as well as interview tools. Findings: Finally, the research findings were examined using qualitative content analysis, and the challenges of developing ecotourism resorts were identified. Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the most important challenges for the development of these resorts include physical, knowledge, management, and sustainability challenges. The most important factors affecting progress include cultural originality and identity, environmental and geographical advantages, and livelihood and economic characteristics. The most important solutions for progress include improving the physical and security of resorts, promoting marketing, market development, and ecotourism, and educating the basics and principles of ecotourism. Originality/value: By carefully examining the challenges, effective factors, and providing practical solutions for the development of ecotourism resorts in Shiraz city, especially with an emphasis on the region's originality and cultural identity, this research can serve as a model for the sustainable development of rural tourism in other similar regions. | ||
