| زمینه و هدف: بوم‌گردی یکی از انواع گردشگری است که به دنبال توسعه پایدار مقاصد گردشگری بوده و سعی در کاهش آثار منفی ناشی از حضور گردشگران دارد. نقش مهم و غیرقابل انکار اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در توسعه گردشگری و توانمندسازی جوامع محلی، باعث شده است که در این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌های توسعه این اقامتگاه‌ها در نواحی روستایی شهرستان شیراز به عنوان هدف اصلی پژوهش در نظر گرفته شود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها، کیفی (تحلیل محتوا) محسوب می‌شود. روش-شناسی: در این پژوهش، داده‌ها از طریق روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه جمع‌آوری شده‌اند. یافته‌ها: در نهایت، یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی بررسی و چالش‌های توسعه اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی شناسایی گردیدند. نتیجه-گیری و پیشنهادات: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین چالش‌های توسعه این اقامتگاه‌ها شامل: کالبدی، دانشی، مدیریتی و پایداری، مهم ترین عوامل موثر بر پیشرفت شامل: اصالت‌ها و هویت فرهنگی، مزیت‌های محیطی و جغرافیایی، و ویژگی‌ها و برتری‌های معیشتی و اقتصادی، مهم ترین راهکارهای پیشرفت شامل: اصلاح کالبدی- امنیتی اقامتگاه‌ها، ارتقای بازاریابی و بازارسازی و بازارداری بوم‌گردی، ترویج و آموزش مبانی و اصول بوم‌گردی است. نوآوری و اصالت: این پژوهش با بررسی دقیق چالش‌ها، عوامل مؤثر و ارائه راهکارهای عملی برای توسعه اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در شهرستان شیراز، به ویژه با تأکید بر اصالت‌ها و هویت فرهنگی منطقه، می‌تواند به عنوان الگویی برای توسعه پایدار گردشگری روستایی در سایر مناطق مشابه عمل کند. | ||

| Context and Purpose: Ecotourism is a type of tourism that seeks the sustainable development of tourist destinations and tries to reduce the negative impacts of the presence of tourists. The important and undeniable role of ecotourism resorts in the development of tourism and the empowerment of local communities has led to the identification and analysis of the challenges of developing these resorts in rural areas of Shiraz as the main objective of this research. This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative (content analysis) in terms of the nature of the data. Design/methodology/approach: In this research, data were collected through library and field methods and using interview tools. Findings: Finally, the research findings were examined using qualitative content analysis and the challenges of developing ecotourism resorts were identified. Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the most important challenges for the development of these resorts include: physical, knowledge, management, and sustainability. The most important factors affecting progress include: cultural originality and identity, environmental and geographical advantages, and livelihood and economic characteristics and advantages. The most important solutions for progress include: improving the physical and security of resorts, promoting marketing and market development and ecotourism marketing, and promoting and educating the principles of ecotourism. Originality/value: By carefully examining the challenges, effective factors, and providing practical solutions for the development of ecotourism resorts in Shiraz city, especially with an emphasis on the region's originality and cultural identity, this research can serve as a model for the sustainable development. | ||
