| چکیده | ||
| دیپلماسی دیجیتالی دیپلماسی مدرنی است است که موجب سرعت دهی به جریان اطلاعات و اقدامات شده، به افزایش دامنه دیپلماسی عمومی بیش از پیش می‌انجامد. توانایی مشارکت و ارتباط دو و چندجانبه در زمان بجای آن منجر به تسری دیپلماسی به جامعه از پشت درهای بسته می‌شود. دیپلماسی دیجیتال در تعریفی کلی به معنی گسترش روابط بین‌الملل بوسیله فضای مجازی است و توجـه ویژه به بعد فنی در خدمت پیشرفتهای ارتباطی و نقش رسانه است. ازاین. رو، سؤال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که چگونه دیپلماسی سیاستی فضای مجازی بر توسعه روابط بین الملل ایران در فرامنطقه تأثیرگذار است؟ این مقاله در راستای تبیین نقش دیپلماسی دیجیتالی در توسعه روابط بین الملل و برای پاسخ با استفاده از روش فراترکیب با تحلیل و ترکیب نتایج پژوهش مختلف دریک مولفه(قراردادن متغیرهای مشابه به لحاظ شاخص در یک مقوله از یافته‌های متفاوت پژوهش)؛ کنترل و ارزیابی کیفیت مقوله (درستی مقوله و ارتباط مقوله با مفاهیم از نظر عملی و تخصصی)؛ و ارائه یافته‌های حاصل از ترکیب به این نتیجه دست یافت که در دوره معاصر، وسایل ارتباط‌جمعی در بقا و فنای دولتها و دولتمردان تأثیرگذاری خاصی داشته و در جوامع دموکراتیک، رسانه‌ها نقش نیرو و اهرم قوی فشار را در سوق دادن جریانات سیاستی بر عهده می‌گیرند. از آنجا که امروزه کلیه فعالیت های مجازی در عرصه های فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اجتماعی انجام میپذیرد، با افزایش میزان مشارکت در فضای مجازی ویژگی‌ها و مشخصه‌های کشور ظهور و بروزبیشتری میابد. | ||

| In a general definition, digital diplomacy means the expansion of international relations through virtual space, and special attention is paid to the technical dimension in the service of communication developments and the role of the media. of this So, the main question of the current research is how the political diplomacy of cyber space affects the development of Iran's international relations in the extra region? This article aims to explain the role of digital diplomacy in the development of international relations and to answer using metacombination method by analyzing and combining different research results in one component (putting similar variables in terms of indicators in a category of different research findings); control and evaluation of the quality of the category (the correctness of the category and the connection of the category with concepts from a practical and specialized point of view); And presenting the findings of the synthesis reached the conclusion that in the contemporary era, mass communication tools have a special effect on the survival and destruction of governments and statesmen, and in democratic societies, the media assume the role of a force and a strong lever of pressure in pushing political currents. Since nowadays all virtual activities are carried out in the cultural, social, political and social fields, with the increase of participation in the virtual space, the features and characteristics of the country emerge and become more updated. | ||
