| چکیده | ||
| علل و آثار اقدام نظامی روسیه علیه اوکراین از دغدغه‌های مهم محافل علمی در سالهای اخیر بوده است. تاثیرات جنگ اوکراین بر آینده نظام بین‌الملل موضوع آثار متعددی بوده است اما نقش این نظام بر وقوع این جنگ کمتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که الگوی تعینات نظام بین‌الملل چگونه در وقوع جنگ روسیه-اوکراین موثر بوده است. با تکیه بر چارچوب نظری رئالیسم تهاجمی-ساختاری و سطح تحلیل کلان، این فرضیه طرح شده که جنگ علیه اوکراین ناشی از الگوی تعینات ساختاری نظام بین‌الملل بر تعاملات اوکراین و روسیه بوده است. واکاوی تاریخی تحولات مربوط به رابطه مسکو-کی‌یف از زمان استقلال اوکراین تا آغاز جنگ، با استفاده از روش تاریخی-تحلیلی، نشان می‌دهد که نظام بین‌الملل از طریق تعینات ساختاری، منجر به بحران فزاینده در روابط دو کشور شده است. الگوی تعینات ساختاری نظام بین‌الملل با فشارهایی چون خلع سلاح هسته‌ای اوکراین(معاهده بوداپست)، انقلاب نارنجی، انقلاب یورومیدان، تقابل اتحادیه اروپا و اتحادیه کشورهای مشترک المنافع و همچنین طرح عضویت اوکراین در ناتو، منجر به شکاف فزاینده بین غرب‌گرایان و روس‌گرایان در اوکراین، تهییج مسکو در اقدام به رفتار تهاجمی، قراردادن دو کشور در برابر هم و نهایتاً سوق دادن مسکو به جنگ تمام عیار علیه اوکراین شده است. | ||

| As one of the most important events, the war between Russia and Ukraine has affected not only Europe but also the whole world. The multiple domestic, regional and international factors contributed to the outbreak of this war, that examining them requires a comprehensive study. The main question of the article is how has the international system affected the Russia-Ukraine war? In this article, by using the theoretical framework of aggressive and structural realism and the level of macro analysis, we proposed the hypothesis that Russia's war against Ukraine has been a result of the structural pressures of the international system on two countries and relationship between them. We analyzed, by using historical-analytical method, developments in the relationship between Moscow and Kiev since the independence of Ukraine. Therefore, from the perspective of the framework of aggressive realism, the structural pressures of the international system have forced war between Russia and Ukraine on them. Although the decision for war is made by the leaders of the countries, but this decision is made in a situation that created by the international system;. The structural pressures of the international system since 1994 in the form of Ukraine’s nuclear disarmament, the Orange and Euromaidan revolutions in Ukraine, and Ukraine’s NATO membership plan have led the relations between Kiev and Moscow to a military confrontation, and it is perhaps fair to say that the international system was the most important factor in the war between the two countries. | ||
