| چکیده | ||
| هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی علل ریشهای ترک تحصیل در بین دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهر بیجار، از منظر برنامهریزی آموزشی و تحلیل پیامدهای ناشی از این پدیده و ارائه راهکارهایی برای پیشگیری و کاهش آن از منظر معلمان این مقطع بود. روششناسی: برای دستیابی به هدف و پاسخ سؤالات پژوهش، از پارادایم انتقادی، رویکرد کیفی و استراتژی موردپژوهی از نوع چند موردی، بهره برده شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، مصاحبهی عمیق نیمهساختیافته بود. میدان پژوهش شامل معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر بیجار در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود که با معیار اشباع یافتگی دادهها با 8 نفر مصاحبه شد. برای تحلیل دادهها، از تاکتیک قیاسی – استقرائی استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش در سه بخش: علل و ریشهیابی، پیامد و راهکارهای کاهش ترک تحصیل ارائه گردید که حاکی از آن است که ترک تحصیل پدیدهای چندوجهی است و شامل عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. پیامدهای آن نیز جنبه فردی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی دارد راهکارهای پیشنهادی نیز در حوزههای مختلفی مانند خانواده، دولت و نظام آموزشی متمرکز هستند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که دلایل ترک تحصیل دانش آموزان متعدد و پیچده است و شامل عوامل فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی مانند فقدان امکانات آموزشی و شرایط نابرابر است. راهکارهای پیشنهادی شامل تغییر در نگرش و مدیریت خانواده، سیاستهای دولت و بهبود محیط آموزشی و تغییر رویکردهای معلمان و مشاوران مدزسه است. نوآوری و اصالت: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی علل و پیامدهای ترک تحصیل دانشآموزان و ارائهی راهکارهایی برای کاهش آن بود. پژوهش حاضر با تبیین پدیده ترک تحصیل از زاویه دید معلمان و با جمعآوری دادههای کیفی از طریق مصاحبه با آموزگاران مجرب به درک جامعی از ابعاد این مسئله و چالشهای مواجهه با آن دستیافته است و با ارائه راهکارهای عملی و اثربخش، تلاشی برای تجهیز سیستم آموزشی به ابزارهای مؤثر جهت مقابله با این چالش و تضمین آیندهای روشنتر برای دانشآموزان محسوب میشود. | ||

| Aim: The present goal is to investigate the causes of dropout among students, analyze the causes of this phenomenon, and present solutions and consequences for reducing and reducing dropout in order to improve the level of education and sustainable development of society. Methodology: To achieve the goal and answer the research questions, a critical paradigm, a qualitative approach, and a multi-case case study strategy were used. The data collection tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview. The research field included elementary school teachers in Bijar in the academic year 2024-2025, who were interviewed with the criterion of data saturation. Deductive-inductive tactics were used to analyze the data. Results: The research findings were presented in the section on causes and root causes, consequences and strategies for reducing dropout, and indicate that dropout is a multifaceted phenomenon and includes individual, social and economic factors. Its consequences also have individual, social and economic aspects, and the proposed solutions are focused on various areas such as the family, the government and the educational system. Conclusions : The results indicate that the reasons for students dropping out are multiple and complex, and include individual, family, and social factors such as lack of educational facilities and unequal conditions. Suggested solutions include changes in family attitudes and management, government policies, and improving the educational environment and approaches of teachers and school counselors. Innovation and originality: This research aimed to identify the causes and consequences of student dropout and provide solutions to reduce it. By shedding light on the phenomenon of dropout from the perspective of teachers and by collecting qualitative data through interviews with experienced teachers, the present research has achieved a comprehensive understanding of the dimensions of this issue and the challenges of facing it. By providing practical and effective solutions, it is an attempt to equip the educational system with effective tools to deal with this problem and ensure a brighter future for students. | ||
