| چکیده | ||
| هدف: انتخاب رشته و شغل تصمیم مهمی است. سیستم آموزشی با چالشهایی در کمک به افراد برای پیدا کردن نقشهای مناسب حرفهای و اجتماعی روبرو است. خدمات مشاوره تحصیلی میتوانند به طور مؤثری از این امر حمایت کنند. این مطالعه تجربیات امناهای آموزشی را با مشاوره تحصیلی ارزیابی میکند تا به اهداف سند تحول بنیادین دست یابند و برنامهریزی آموزشی را بهبود بخشند. روششناسی: این تحقیق از رویکرد مختلط کاربردی استفاده میکند و روشهای کمی (توصیفی-پیمایشی) و کیفی (پدیدارشناسی تفسیری) را ترکیب میکند. مطالعه کمی شامل 450 امین آموزشی از مدارس دوره متوسطه سال اول آذربایجان شرقی بود که از طریق نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی، 25 مشاور انتخاب شدند تا به اشباعت برسند. یک پرسشنامه ساختهشده توسط پژوهشگر که توسط کارشناسان تأیید شده و دارای آلفای کرونباخ 0.86 بود، برای جمعآوری دادهها در بخش کمی استفاده شد. دادههای کیفی از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته جمعآوری شد که اعتبار آن از بازخورد کارشناسان تأمین شد. تحلیل دادهها شامل آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در SPSS27 و تحلیل تماتیک برای دستیابی به بینشهای کیفی بود. نتایج: یافتهها نشان میدهند که تحقق تمام شش شاخص طرح آموزشی، به طور متوسط، بالاتر از میانگین توسط امناهای آموزشی درک شده است. با این حال، کیفیت تحقق آنها نشاندهنده چندین ضعف و چند قدرت است. شاخص اولویت دار برای تحقق، منابع، امکانات و تجهیزات بود در حالی که پایینترین آن، تقویم اجرایی، ارزیابی و نظارت بود. بنابراین، ذینفعان بر نیاز به توجه جدی به بهبود کیفیت تمام شاخصها، به ویژه تقویم اجرایی و فرآیندهای ارزیابی تأکید میکنند. نتایج و پیشنهادات: این مطالعه نتیجهگیری میکند که هرچند سطح اجرایی طرح مشاوره تحصیلی قابل قبول است، کیفیت آن رضایتبخش نیست و نیاز به نظارت و تجدیدنظر مستمر دارد. نوآوری و اصالت: این مطالعه به طور منحصر به فردی رویکردهای کمی و کیفی را برای بررسی دامنه و کیفیت اجرای طرح مشاوره تحصیلی ترکیب کرده و راهحلهایی برای بهبود و اصلاح برنامهریزی آموزشی ارائه میدهد، موضوعی که پیش از این به این شکل مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. | ||

| Aim: Selecting a major and career is a vital decision. The education system faces challenges in helping individuals find appropriate professional and social roles. Academic guidance services can effectively support this. This study assesses educational stakeholders' experiences with academic guidance to achieve goals from the Fundamental Transformation Document and improve educational planning. Methodology: This research uses an applied mixed-method approach, combining quantitative (descriptive-survey) and qualitative (interpretative phenomenology) methods. The quantitative study involved 450 educational stakeholders from East Azerbaijan's first-year secondary schools, selected through multi-stage cluster sampling. For the qualitative section, 25 counselors were chosen until saturation. A researcher-made questionnaire validated by experts and showing a Cronbach's alpha of 0.86 was used for data collection in the quantitative part. The qualitative data were gathered through semi-structured interviews, with validity from expert feedback. Data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS27, and thematic analysis for qualitative insights. Results: The findings indicate that the realization of all six indicators of the educational guidance plan, as perceived by educational stakeholders, is above average. However, the quality of their realization reveals several weaknesses and few strengths. The highest priority indicator for realization was resources, facilities, and equipment, while the lowest was the implementation calendar, evaluation, and monitoring. Consequently, stakeholders emphasize the need for serious attention to improving the quality of all indicators, particularly the implementation calendar and evaluation processes. Conclusions and Suggestions:The study concludes that while the implementation level of the educational guidance plan is acceptable, the quality remains unsatisfactory, necessitating ongoing monitoring and revision. Innovation and Originality:This study uniquely combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to investigate the extent and quality of the educational guidance plan’s implementation, offering solutions for improving and reforming educational planning—a topic not previously addressed in this manner | ||
