| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه: هدف از تحقیق حاضر طراحی مدل توسعه اکوسیستم فوتبال بر حسب تاب آوری اقتصادی و با در نظر گرفتن سیاست های اقتصاد مقاومتی و ارائه بهترین شاخص توسعه با استفاده از اولویت بندی به روش BWM است. روش شناسی: روش تحقیق حاضر کاربردی و توصیفی- پیمایشی به شیوه آمیخته اکتشافی( کیفی و کمی) می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق تمامی خبرگان مطلع از اقتصاد فوتبال هستند که از بین آن ها با نمونه گیری تئوریک پس از مصاحبه با 12 نفر کفایت نظری حاصل شد. تأمین روایی ابزار تحقیق از روش ارزیابی لینکولن و گوبا و پایایی ابزار از روش پایایی بازآزمون بود که طی فرآیند تحلیل محتوای کیفی به روش تحلیل مضمون سیاست های توسعه اکوسیستم فوتبال شناسایی شد. به منظور تعیین اولویت سیاست های توسعه 7 نفر از نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی به مشارکت در رتبه بندی به روش تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره بهترین و بدترین BWM پرداختند. تأمین روایی ایزار بخش کمی با استفاده از روایی صوری و محتوا و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از نرخ ناسازگاری بود. یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مضامین اصلی سیاست های بنیادی، کاربردی، ملی و فراملی و مضامین فرعی در قالب سیاست اثربخشی هزینه و توان اقتصادی، بهینه سازی منابع و زیرساخت ها، تقویت استعداد و نخبه گرایی، درآمدزایی و تجاری سازی، شایسته مداری و تخصص رهبری، نتایج: اقتصاد تاب آور و تحت فشار روند توسعه را در تمامی ابعاد کشور با دشواری روبرو می نماید و تلاش برای ارائه یک الگوی مناسب با در نظر داشتن لزوم تاب آوری اقتصادی می تواند فوتبال کشور را از رکود و ایستایی جدا نماید و مسیر روشنی را متصور گردد. | ||

| Abstract Objective: The aim of the current research is to design a football ecosystem development model in terms of economic resilience and taking into account the policies of the resistance economy and providing the best development index using the BWM method of prioritization. Methodology: The current research method is applied and descriptive-survey in a mixed exploratory (qualitative and quantitative) way. The statistical population of the research is all the experts who are knowledgeable about football economics, and theoretical sufficiency was obtained from them by theoretical sampling after interviewing 12 people. The reliability of the research tool was ensured by the Lincoln and Goba evaluation method and the reliability of the tool was determined by the retest reliability method, which was identified during the process of qualitative content analysis by the method of content analysis of football ecosystem development policies. In order to determine the priority of development policies, 7 people from the statistical sample participated in the ranking of the best and worst BWM using the multi-criteria decision-making method in the qualitative section. Ensuring the validity of the quantitative part using face and content validity and the reliability of the instrument using the inconsistency rate. Result: The results of the research showed that the main themes of fundamental, applied, national and transnational policies and sub-themes in the form of cost effectiveness and economic power policy, optimization of resources and infrastructure, strengthening of talent and elitism, income generation and commercialization are worthy. Conclusion: The resilient and under pressure economy faces difficulties in the development process in all aspects of the country and the effort to provide a suitable model considering the need for economic resilience can separate the country's football from stagnation and stagnation and a imagine a clear path. | ||
