| چکیده | ||
| استقرار نظام عدالتگستر در سطح کلان، برای اولینبار توسط مدیریت امیرالمؤمنین علی(علیهالسلام) پایهگذاری و اجرا شد. لذا، با توجه به محدودیتهای تحمیلی آنارشی نظام بینالملل بر روند توزیع عناصر عدالت اجتماعی، ذکر این مسئله موضوعیت مییابد که «الگوی حکمرانی عدالتگستر امیرالمؤمنین علی(علیهالسلام) چگونه میتواند در مدیریت بحران آنارشی نظام بینالملل تأثیرگذار باشد»؟ فرضیه پژوهش بیان میدارد که «الگوی حکمرانی عدالتگستر امیرالمؤمنین علی(علیهالسلام)، مدیریت بحران مسیلهای آنارشی نظام بینالملل را با دستور کار تحدید سیاست قدرت در چارچوب سیاست اخلاق، و درنتیجه بنای نظام دموکراسی عقیدهمحور، از پایین به بالا عملیاتی و اجرا میکند». ماهیت این پژوهش تحلیلی- تبیینی، روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی منابع انجام شده است. روش جمعآوری اطلاعات به صورت کیفی در قالب منابع کتابخانهای و اینترنتی و در چارچوب رویکرد نظری جهانوطنگرایی انجام شده است. طبق یافتههای پژوهش، مدیریت امیرالمؤمنین علی(علیهالسلام) با انسجام مرزبندیهای جامعۀ جهانی، فرای حصار زمان و مکان، به اعضای جامعۀ جهانی بر مبنای تابعیت عقیدتی، هویتبخشی میکند. تلخیص نتایج تحقیق نیز بیان میدارد که دستور کار «تحدید سیاست قدرت در چارچوب سیاست اخلاق» و در نتیجه استقرار نظام «دموکراسی عقیدهمحور»، به عنوان مهمترین پیشنیاز «مدیریت بحران آنارشی نظام بینالملل» در راستای استقرار حاکمیت عدالتگستر جهانی عمل میکند. | ||

| The establishment of a justice-promoting system at the macro level was, for the first time, initiated and implemented under the leadership of Amir al-Mu’minin ʿAli (PBUH). Therefore, given the constraints imposed by the anarchy of the International system on the process of distributing elements of social justice, raising the following issue becomes pertinent: "How can the Justice-promoting governance model of Amir al-Mu’minin ʿAli (PBUH) influence crisis management of anarchy in the international system?" The research hypothesis states: " The justice-promoting governance model of Amir al-Mu’minin ʿAli (PBUH) is implemented and executed the crisis management of the channels of anarchy in the international system by implementing an agenda aimed at constraining the power politics within the framework of political ethics, and as a result, the foundation of the belief-centered democracy system from the bottom up." This study employs a qualitative methodology with a analytical-explanatory approach. Relying on documentary and library-based research The theoretical foundation of the study is grounded in cosmopolitanism. According to the research findings, the governance of Amir al-Mu’minin ʿAli (PBUH), by establishing coherent boundaries within the global community, assigns identity to its members based on ideological affiliation, transcending the constraints of time and space. Based on this foundation, the agenda of "restraining power politics within the framework of ethical politics", and consequently, the establishment of a "belief-centered democracy", functions as the most important prerequisite for the "governance of the crisis of anarchy in the international system", in accordance with the establishment of global Justice-promoting governance. | ||
