| چکیده | ||
| زمینه و هدف: گردشگری سلامت هوشمند شهری به عنوان یک حوزۀ نوظهور در عرصۀ توسعۀ پایدار و مدیریت شهری، مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. در این راستا، مسأله اصلی، کمبود درک جامع از نحوۀ ادغام فناوریهای هوشمند و مدیریت شهری پایدار در خدمات گردشگری سلامت است و هدف پژوهش حاضر پوشش این مسأله است. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و به روش ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) انجام شده است. در بخش کمی، با استفاده از روش علمسنجی و نرمافزار VOSviewer، منابع نمایهشده در پایگاه دادۀ اسکوپوس در بازۀ زمانی 2013 تا 2025 (53 منبع) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در بخش کیفی نیز از روش تحلیل محتوا برای شناسایی تمها و الگوهای عمیقتر استفاده گردید. یافتهها: یافتههای کمی نشاندهندۀ آن است که واژگان مرتبط با فناوریهای هوشمند (نظیر هوش مصنوعی، اینترنت اشیاء)، مدیریت شهری (نظیر مدیریت انرژی، مدیریت پسماند) و سلامت عمومی (از جمله شبکههای خدمات بهداشتی) در خوشههای اصلی قرار دارند. نتیجهگیری و پیشنهادات: بر اساس نتایج، فناوریهای هوشمند نقش محوری در ارتقای خدمات گردشگری و بهبود تجربۀ گردشگران دارند. مدیریت شهری پایدار و شبکههای خدمات بهداشتی اضطراری نیز به عنوان عوامل کلیدی در جذب گردشگران شناسایی شدند. نوآوری و اصالت: پژوهش حاضر با ترکیب یافتههای کمی و کیفی، درک جامعتری از حوزۀ گردشگری سلامت هوشمند شهری، ارایه نموده است. | ||

| Context and Purpose: Smart urban health tourism has attracted the attention of researchers as an emerging field in the field of sustainable development and urban management. In this regard, the main issue is the lack of a comprehensive understanding of how to integrate smart technologies and sustainable urban management into health tourism services, and the aim of the present study is to cover this issue. Design/methodology/approach: This research is of an applied type and was conducted using a hybrid (quantitative and qualitative) method. In the quantitative part, using the scientometric method and VOSviewer software, the sources indexed in the Scopus database between 2013 and 2025 (53 sources) were analyzed. In the qualitative part, the content analysis method was used to identify deeper themes and patterns. Findings: Quantitative findings indicate that terms related to smart technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, Internet of Things), urban management (e.g., energy management, waste management), and public health (including health service networks) are located in the main clusters. Conclusion: In order to combine quantitative and qualitative findings, a triangulation approach was used, which led to a more comprehensive picture of the state of research in this area. Based on the results, smart technologies play a pivotal role in enhancing tourism services and improving the tourist experience. Sustainable urban management and emergency health service networks were also identified as key factors in attracting tourists. Originality/value: The present study, by combining quantitative and qualitative findings, provides a more comprehensive understanding of the field of smart urban health tourism. | ||
