| هدف: با گسترش فناوریهای نوین، تحول دیجیتال، و پیامدهای مختلف آن الزام توجه به شایستگی های منابع انسانی کارآفرین مطرح شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی شایستگیهای منابع انسانی کارآفرین با رویکرد آمیخته در دانشگاه های آزاد استان تهران است. این مدل یابی برای یافتن شایستگیهای منابع انسانی با رویکرد کارآفرین در برنامهریزی آموزشی و پژوهشی انجام شده است. روششناسی: پژوهش آمیخته کیفی اکتشافی و پیمایشی است که 12 نفر با روش هدفمند از مشارکت کنندگان متخصصان و خبرگان در حوزه کیفی، و کلیه مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاههای آزاد استان تهران بودند 370 نفر در کمی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و محقق ساخته بود. با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA و از 16 SPSS و Smart PLS انجام شد یافتهها:. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد الگوی ۱۳ مولفه شامل حوزه فنی ، مدیریتی، فردی، روحیه کارآفرینی، محیطی، مشاوره و آموزش است. نتیجهگیری و پیشنهادها: ۳ عامل، با اولویت بالا شامل حوزه محیطی- مولفه شناخت محیط و تجهیزات، حوزه مدیریتی- مولفه مدیریت منابع انسانی، حوزه فردی- مولفه روحیه کارآفرینی است. برگزاری برای ارتقای سطح علمی و تربیتی همکاران دورههای آموزشی کارآفرینی، ایجاد زمینه مساعد و فرصت لازم جهت برخورداری کارکنان و مدیران از ویژگی خلاقیت، نوآوری به عنوان پتانسیل کارآفرینی و آشنا شدن با با مهارتهای تحلیل محیط برای تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینی. نوآوری و اصالت: این مقاله با رویکردی نو در زمینه الگو مناسب برای یافتن منابع انسانی کارآفرین را در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی فراهم آورد | ||

| Aim: With the spread of new technologies, digital transformation, and its various consequences, the need to pay attention to the competencies of entrepreneurial human resources has been raised. The model of entrepreneurial human resources competencies with a mixed approach in the free universities of Tehran province Methodology: The mixed qualitative research is exploratory and survey and 12 participants in the qualitative part were all managers and employees of the free universities of Tehran province 370. The research tools were semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. Using MAXQDA software, SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. Results: The results showed that the 13-component model includes technical, managerial, individual, entrepreneurial spirit, environmental, consulting and training Conclusion and suggestions: 3 factors, with high priority, include the environmental domain - the component of environmental and equipment knowledge, the managerial domain - the component of human resource management, and the individual domain - the component of entrepreneurial spirit. Holding entrepreneurial training courses to improve the scientific and educational level of colleagues, creating a favorable environment and the necessary opportunity for employees and managers to have the characteristics of creativity, innovation as entrepreneurial potential, and becoming familiar with the skills of environmental analysis to recognize entrepreneurial opportunities. Innovation and originality: This article provides a new approach in the field of a suitable model for finding entrepreneurial human resources at Islamic Azad Universitythat informal networks act as a compensatory response to bureaucratic failure, rather than a continuation of formal structural frameworks | ||
