| پس از همهگیری کووید ۱۹، دورکاری به یکی از دگرگونیهای اصلی کار و زیست شهری بدل شد. این تغییر بر مسکن، حملونقل، سلامت، عدالت اجتماعی و سازمان فضایی خانه و شهر اثر گذاشته است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی روندهای نوظهور، شکافهای مفهومی و الگوهای همکاری علمی در حوزۀ پیوند میان دورکاری و توسعۀ شهری، از روش علمسنجی بهره گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل ۵۲۹ مقالۀ علمی نمایهشده در پایگاه Web of Science بین سالهای 2000 تا 2024 است. از تحلیلهای همواژگانی، هماستنادی و همنویسندگی در VOSviewer استفاده کردیم. سپس شبکهها و روندهای زمانی ترسیم شد تا خوشههای معنایی، موضوعات پرتکرار و موضوعات نوظهور شناسایی شوند... نتایج نشان داد که تمرکز پژوهشهای اولیه بیشتر بر کاهش سفرهای شهری، حملونقل پایدار و رفتار سفر بوده است، اما در سالهای اخیر، توجه به موضوعاتی نظیر انعطافپذیری مسکن، زیرساخت دیجیتال، سلامت روان، عدالت فضایی، بازتعریف فضای خانگی و تابآوری شهری بهطور چشمگیری افزایش یافته است. با این حال، برخی موضوعات کلیدی کمتر بررسی شدهاند: نابرابری جنسیتی، طرد دیجیتالی و پیامدهای عدالت فضایی. همکاریهای بینالمللی نیز نامتوازن است و تولید دانش عمدتاً در کشورهای توسعهیافته متمرکز مانده است؛ بنابراین به رویکردهای میانرشتهای و مشارکت بیشتر کشورهای کمترنمایان نیاز است. ترکیب دادههای خرد و کلان و تلفیق دیدگاههای سیاستگذاری، طراحی و سلامت میتواند راهکارهای بهتری برای آیندهٔ متحول شهرها ارائه دهد. | ||

| Teleworking has emerged as a structural transformation with far-reaching implications for urban systems, fundamentally reshaping mobility patterns, residential preferences, and spatial planning frameworks. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 529 peer-reviewed articles indexed in the Web of Science database, aiming to map the evolution of knowledge production at the intersection of teleworking and urban development. Employing co-word, co-citation, and co-authorship analyses through the VOSviewer software, the research identifies key thematic clusters, foundational intellectual structures, and global collaboration networks. The results revealed a thematic progression from early emphases on transportation and commute reduction toward broader considerations such as housing flexibility, digital infrastructure, spatial equity, and the resilience of post-pandemic cities. Key areas, including gender disparities, digital exclusion, and the reconfiguration of domestic space, have yet to receive sufficient scholarly focus. Furthermore, the analysis of co-authorship networks indicates weak global research connectivity, highlighting the need for stronger international and interdisciplinary collaborations. This study not only maps the current landscape of teleworking-related urban research but also emphasizes emerging gaps and future research directions. Its findings offer actionable insights for urban planners, policymakers, and academics, advocating for more inclusive, participatory, and cross-sectoral approaches to understanding the socio-spatial implications of evolving work arrangements in a rapidly changing urban world. | ||
