| چکیده | ||
| باتوجهبه رشد هوش مصنوعی در بخش منابع انسانی سازمانها و تعاملات انسان و ماشین، شکوفایی کارکنان اهمیت دوچندان یافته است. بر همین اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل مفهوم مدیریت منابع انسانی تقویتشده با هوش مصنوعی در راستای شکوفایی کارکنان است. پژوهش حاضر نخست با استفاده از رویکرد مروری و دستورالعمل پریزما به بررسی اسناد و مطالعهها در زمینههای مربوطه بهصورت منسجم و یا جداگانه در بازه زمانی 2012 الی 2024 روی 116622 مقاله به بررسی نظاممند ادبیات جامع و بهروز میپردازد و در مرحله بعد با کمک ابزار ویانت عناصر سازنده مفهوم مدنظر را خوشهبندی میکند. در پژوهش حاضر 166 مقاله مورد بررسی نهایی قرار گرفتند. سپس با رویکرد متنکاوی، بهمنظور یافتن الگوی واژگان مطالعهها، ابرواژه، تِرمزبِری و فراوانی کلمات شناسایی و در نهایت در 8 خوشه استراتژی، کنترلگری، هدایتگری، توسعه، مدیریت تغییرات، برنامهریزی منابع انسانی، جبران خدمات و نگهداشت تقویتشده با هوشمصنوعی درراستای شکوفایی طبقهبندی شدهاند. سازمانها نیازمند ایجاد نوعی از مدیریت منابع انسانی هوشمند هستند که بتوانند بقای خود را از طریق ایجاد شکوفایی و بهزیستی کارکنانشان تضمین کنند. به همین دلیل مدیریت منابع انسانی تقویتشده با هوش مصنوعی در راستای شکوفایی کارکنان عامل موفقیت آنان است؛ زیرا به سازمانشان توانایی توسعه بهتر را میدهد. | ||

| Due to the growth of artificial intelligence in the human resources sector of organizations and human-machine interactions, the flourishing of employees has become doubly important. Based on this, the aim of the current research is to analyze the concept of human resource management augmented with artificial intelligence in the direction of employees' flourishing. The current research, in terms of its practical and primary purpose, using the review approach of meta-analysis (Prisma) and examining documents and studies in the relevant fields in a coherent or separate manner and text mining in the period from 2012 to 2024 on 116,622 articles to review the comprehensive systematic literature and It updates and in the next step, with the help of Voyant tool, it clusters the elements of the considered concept. In the present study, 166 articles were examined. Then, with the text mining approach, in order to find the vocabulary pattern of the studies, keywords, terminologies and the frequency of the words were identified and finally they were classified into 8 clusters of artificial intelligence-augmented strategy, control, leading, development, change management, human resource planning, compensation and maintenance based on flourishing. Organizations need to create a type of intelligent human resource management that can ensure their survival through the flourishing and well-being of their employees. For this reason, human resource management augmented with artificial intelligence in the direction of the flourshing of employees is the reason for their success because it gives their organization the ability to develop better. | ||
