| چکیده | ||
| کمتر از یک دهه است که جهان در معرض دگرگونیهای اغواکنندهی فناورانه و اقتصادی ناشی از توسعه هوش-مصنوعی قرار گرفته است. این درحالی است که مسائل اجتماعی روزافزون ناشی از آن،چندان محل اهتمام توسعه-دهندگان الگوریتمها قرار نگرفته است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تحلیل سیستماتیک و سنتز متون علمی موجود به منظور شناسایی و دستهبندی مسائل اجتماعی ناشی از توسعه و کاربرد هوش مصنوعی است. دراین تحقیق، استراتژی جستجو و شناسایی مقالات با استفاده از پایگاه داده Scopus و با پیروی از دستورالعملهای تعیینشده توسط پروتکل پریسما انجام شد. 46 مقاله از مجموع286 رکورد اولیه ثبت شده بین سالهای 2020 تا 2024 تحت متاسنتزکیفی قرار گرفتند. در نهایت، از تجزیهوتحلیل تماتیک دادهها،7 محور عمده(فرآیندهایآموزشی، تحقیقاتعلمی، پزشکی-وسلامت، تنوع فرهنگی، هنر و فعالیتهای خلاقانه،زبان و ارتباطاتاجتماعی) بهعنوان مهمترین حوزههای مسئله-مندی اجتماعی ناشی از توسعه وکاربرد هوش مصنوعی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند.عمده(فرآیندهایآموزشی، تحقیقاتعلمی، پزشکی-وسلامت، تنوع فرهنگی، هنر و فعالیتهای خلاقانه،زبان و ارتباطاتاجتماعی) بهعنوان مهمترین حوزههای مسئله-مندی اجتماعی ناشی از توسعه وکاربرد هوش مصنوعی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. | ||

| For less than a decade, the world has been exposed to the seductive technological and economic transformations caused by the development of artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, the growing social issues arising from it have not received much attention from algorithm developers. The main objective of this research is to systematically analyze and synthesize existing scientific literature in order to identify and categorize social issues arising from the development and application of artificial intelligence. In this research, the search and identification strategy of articles was carried out using the Scopus database and following the guidelines set by the Prisma protocol. 46 articles out of a total of 286 initial records registered between 2020 and 2024 were subjected to qualitative meta synthesis. Finally, from the thematic analysis of the data, 7 major axes (educational processes, scientific research, medicine and health, cultural diversity, art and creative activities, language and social communication) were identified as the most important areas of social concern resulting from the development and application of artificial intelligence. | ||
