| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر، صورتبندی کنشگران سازمانی، نهادی و محلی از پیوند اقدامات فراغتی صنایع با نظم اجتماعی محلی در میبد را بررسی میکند. نوآوری آن، تفسیر زمینهمند این پیوند از خلال مداخلات ورزشی، خانوادگی و فرهنگی صنایع است. پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و تحلیل مضمون بازاندیشانه براساس فرایند ششمرحلهای براون و کلارک انجام شد. دادهها از ۲۰ مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شدند؛ نمونهگیری هدفمند با ۱۵ مشارکتکننده آغاز و با پنج کنشگر مطلع تکمیل شد. تحلیل، چهار مضمون را آشکار کرد: بازسازی انرژی اجتماعی با فراغت ورزشی؛ گسترش قلمرو مسئولیت از کارگر به خانواده؛ بازشناسی نمادین پیوندهای محلی در فراغت فرهنگی ـ مذهبی؛ و ساماندهی توسعهمحور فراغت از نیازسنجی تا عدالت دسترسی. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد مشارکتکنندگان این اقدامات را با تعدیل فشار کاری، تقویت تعاملات غیررسمی، حمایت خانوادهمحور و بازشناسی محلی مرتبط میدانستند؛ بااینحال، تحقق ظرفیت اجتماعی آنها را وابسته به استمرار، هماهنگی نهادی و توزیع عادلانه فرصتها تلقی میکردند | ||

| This study examines how organizational, institutional, and local actors construct the link between industries’ leisure initiatives and local social order in Meybod. Its novelty lies in providing a context-sensitive interpretation of this link through industries’ sports, family-oriented, and cultural interventions. The study adopted a qualitative approach and employed reflexive thematic analysis based on Braun and Clarke’s six-phase process. Data were generated through 20 semi-structured interviews; purposive sampling began with 15 participants and was completed with five additional informed actors. The analysis developed four themes: restoring social energy through sports leisure; extending the sphere of responsibility from workers to their families; symbolically recognizing local ties through cultural–religious leisure; and development-oriented leisure organization, from needs assessment to equity in access. The results of this study indicate that participants associated these initiatives with alleviating work-related pressures, strengthening informal interactions, family-oriented support, and local recognition; however, they regarded the realization of their social capacity as contingent upon continuity, institutional coordination, and the equitable distribution of opportunities | ||
