| چکیده | ||
| اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی پدیدۀ اجارهنشینی در میان جوانان متأهل مستأجر ساکن در شهر کرمان انجام شده است. روش مطالعه: در این پژوهش از روششناسی کیفی گرنددتئوری با رویکرد کوربین و اشتروس جهت فهم عمیقتر موضوع استفاده شده است. میدان مطالعه شهر کرمان است و مشارکتکنندگان از میان افراد جوان مستأجر ساکن در شهر کرمان و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و نمونهگیری نظری انتخاب شدهاند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته است که با 13 مرد و 17 زن جوان صورت گرفت. یافتهها: تحلیل نهایی دادهها منجر به خلق ده مقوله شد که عبارتاند از: ادراک فراگیر بیثباتی اقتصادی، ناکارآمدی برنامههای دولتی در بخش مسکن، صاحبخانۀ قدرقدرت، سوداگری بنگاهداران در بازار مسکن، غلبۀ گفتمان مصرفگرایی در جامعه، خلأ برنامهریزی نظاممند در تأمین مسکن، بیسرپناهی، تردید و امتناع از فرزندآوری، فرسایش احساس اختیار در فضای مسکونی، کابوس از جاکندگی و خانواده آخرین پناهگاه به دست آمد. نتیجهگیری: درنهایت با توجه به مقولات ذکرشده، مقولۀ هستۀ ”اجارهنشینی بهمثابه تجربۀ تروماتیک زیستن در بیثباتی“ استخراج گردید. پیامدهای اجارهنشینی در شهر کرمان برای مشارکتکنندگان میتواند محصول تعامل بحران اقتصادی فزایندۀ سیاستهای ناکارآمد اقتصادی، سوداگری در بازار مسکن و مشکلات ساختاری است که زندگی جوانان را در ابعاد مختلف تحت شعاع خود قرار داده است. | ||

| Objectives: The present study aims to investigate the phenomenon of renting among young married tenants residing in the city of Kerman. Methods: This research employed a qualitative methodology based on grounded theory following the Corbin and Strauss approach to gain a deeper understanding of the subject. The field of study was the city of Kerman, and participants were selected from among young tenants living in the city using purposive and theoretical sampling methods. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted with 13 young men and 17 young women. Findings: The final analysis of the data led to the emergence of ten main categories: the pervasive perception of economic instability, the inefficiency of government housing programs, the authoritarian landlord, the speculative behavior of real estate agents in the housing market, the dominance of consumerism discourse in society, the absence of systematic planning in housing provision, homelessness, hesitation and refusal to have children, the erosion of the sense of agency in the residential space, the nightmare of displacement, and the family as the last refuge. Conclusion: Ultimately, based on the identified categories, the core category of “renting as a traumatic experience of living in instability” was extracted. The consequences of renting for participants in the city of Kerman appear to result from the interaction between the intensifying economic crisis, ineffective economic policies, speculation in the housing market, and structural problems that have profoundly affected various aspects of young people's lives. | ||
