| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش دانشگاههای سبز در توسعه پایدار شهری و تأثیرات اقتصادی و اجتماعی آنها انجام شد. این مطالعه به روش توصیفی و مفهومی طراحی شده و با تحلیل مطالعات پیشین و دادههای موجود، به شناسایی نقش دانشگاههای سبز در کاهش هزینههای زیستمحیطی، ارتقای کیفیت زندگی شهروندان و تقویت رفاه اجتماعی پرداخته است. یافتهها نشان داد که دانشگاههای سبز با بهرهگیری از مدیریت بهینه انرژی، توسعه فضای سبز، مدیریت پسماند، آموزش و پژوهش محیطزیستی و همکاری با مدیریت شهری و جامعه محلی، علاوه بر کاهش بار زیستمحیطی، فرصتهای اقتصادی و شغلی پایدار ایجاد میکنند و مؤلفههای مختلف آنها با تعامل همزمان، بیشترین تأثیر را بر توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی شهر دارند. همچنین، پژوهش نشان داد که همکاری میان دانشگاه و مدیریت شهری، سیاستگذاریهای حمایتی و استفاده از فناوریهای نوین میتواند اثرگذاری دانشگاههای سبز را افزایش دهد. محدودیتهای پژوهش شامل دسترسی محدود به دادههای دقیق، تمرکز بر نمونههای خاص و محدودیت در تحلیلهای کمی بود. یافتههای این تحقیق میتواند به عنوان پایهای علمی و کاربردی برای سیاستگذاری شهری، طراحی پروژههای سبز و ارتقای مشارکت اجتماعی و محیطزیستی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||

| This study aims to examine the role of green universities in urban sustainable development and their economic and social impacts. The research was designed as a descriptive and conceptual study, analyzing previous studies and available data to identify the contribution of green universities in reducing environmental costs, enhancing citizens’ quality of life, and strengthening social welfare. The findings indicate that green universities, through efficient energy management, development of green spaces, waste management, environmental education and research, and collaboration with municipal authorities and local communities, not only reduce environmental burdens but also create sustainable economic and employment opportunities. The interaction of these components has the greatest impact on the economic and social development of cities. Moreover, the study shows that collaboration between universities and city management, supportive policies, and the utilization of modern technologies can enhance the effectiveness of green universities. The study’s limitations include limited access to precise data, focus on specific samples, and constraints in quantitative analyses. The findings can serve as a scientific and practical foundation for urban policy-making, the design of green projects, and the enhancement of social and environmental participation. | ||
