| چکیده | ||
| یکی از مهمترین ابزارهایی که در دهه اخیر جهت تحقق اهداف زیست محیطی مورد توجه قرار گرفته، تأمین مالی سبز و سرمایهگذاری سبز است؛ مفاهیمی که در راستای ایجاد هماهنگی میان رشد اقتصادی و حفظ محیطزیست شکل گرفتهاند. از وظایف اصلی سازمان هایی مثل شهرداری و سازمان های زیرمجموعه آن، پایداری عملکرد و توجه به مسئولیت های اجتماعی است. لذا این تحقیق به بررسی تاثیر تامین مالی سبز، سرمایه گذاری سبز و فناوری های سبز بر مسئولیت اجتماعی و پایداری عملکرد با تعدیلگری حاکمیت شرکتی می پردازد. روش تحقیق پیمایشی توصیفی و کاربردی و میدانی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و کارشناسان حوزه تامین مالی و سرمایه گذاری در شهرداری مشهد و سازمان مدیریت پسماند هستند. روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی دردسترس بوده او تعداد نمونه باا توجه به قاعده سرانگشتی حداقل 105 پرسشنامه تعیین شد که با پیگیری های محقق، تعداد 110 پرسشنامه برای تحلیل آماری تکمیل شد. روایی پرسشنامه به روش روایی محتوا و تحلیل عاملی و پایایی به روش پایایی ترکیبی تایید و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که هر سه متغیر تامین مالی سبز، سرمایه گذاری سبز و فناوری های سبز بر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی تاثیر دارد. مسئولیت اجتماعی بر پایداری عملکرد تاثیر مثبت دارد. اما نقش تعدیلگری حاکمیت شرکتی در این رابطه به تایید نرسید. شیوه های سنتی مدیریت و تامین مالی و سرمایه گذاری در سازمان های پیشرو همچون سازمان مدیریت پسماند کافی به نظر نمی رسد. | ||

| One of the most important tools that have been considered in the last decade to achieve environmental goals is green financing and green investment; concepts that have been formed in order to create harmony between economic growth and environmental protection. One of the main tasks of organizations such as municipality and its subordinate organizations is performance sustainability and attention to social responsibilities. Therefore, this research examines the impact of green financing, green investment, and green technologies on social responsibility and performance sustainability with the moderation of corporate governance. research method is a descriptive, applied, and field survey. The statistical population includes managers and experts in the field of financing and investment in Mashhad Municipality and the Waste Management Organization. Non-random sampling method was available, and the sample size was determined according to the rule of thumb of at least 105 questionnaires, and with the researcher's follow-up, 110 questionnaires were completed for statistical analysis. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity and factor analysis, and the reliability was confirmed by the mixed reliability method, and data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. Results showed that all three variables of green financing, green investment and green technologies have an impact on corporate social responsibility. Social responsibility has a positive impact on performance sustainability. However, the moderating role of corporate governance in this regard was not confirmed. Traditional methods of management, financing and investment in leading organizations such as the Waste Management Organization do not seem to be sufficient. | ||
