| رمان در جهان عرب و به ویژه در سده بیست و یکم جای شعر را در ادبیات گرفته وهم «دیوان عرب» شده است و هم نوع ادبی غالب در آن. جوایز متعدد داستانی و نیر شمارگان بالای رمان های متکثر و متعددی که هر سال از مسقط تا رباط منتشر می‌شود این امر را تأیید می‌کند. آخرین رمانی که توانست جایزه بسیار معتبر جهانی رمان عربی سال 2024 یا جایزۀ بوکر داستان عربی را از آنِ خود سازد رمان نقابی به رنگ آسمان باسم خندقچی است. با روش تحلیل توصیفی و رویکرد روایت شناسی این رمان را از چند زاویه کاویدیم: تکنیک شیوه های روایت؛ تک گویی درونی؛ شخصیت و شخصیت پردازی؛ واقعیت تاریخی و عدم قطعیت تا نشان دهیم نویسنده چگونه توانسته امر شخصی را با امر سیاسی به روش‌های نوآورانه ترکیب کند و برای کشف سه نوع آگاهی: خود، دیگری و جهان، چه اشکال روایی جدیدی را به کار گیرد و واقعیت پیچیده و تلخ از هم پاشیدگی خانواده، آوارگی، نسل کشی و نژادپرستی را تشریح کند و رشته‌های تاریخ، اسطوره و امروز را با ظرافت تمام در این روایت در هم تند. | ||

| In the Arab world, and especially in the twenty-first century, the novel has taken the place of poetry in literature, and has become the "Arab Diwan" and the dominant literary genre in it. Numerous fiction awards and the high number of novels published every year from Muscat to Rabat confirm this. The latest novel that won the prestigious World Prize for Arabic Novel in 2024 or the Booker Prize for Arabic Fiction is the novel A mask in the color of the sky by Bassem Khandaqchi. Using the descriptive analysis method and narratological approach, we explored this novel from several angles: narrative techniques; internal monologue; character and characterization; Historical reality and uncertainty to show how the author has been able to combine the personal with the political in innovative ways and what new narrative forms he uses to explore three types of consciousness: self, other and world, and to explain the complex and bitter reality of family breakdown, displacement, genocide and racism, and to delicately intertwine the threads of history, myth and the present in this narrative | ||
