| Changing averaging weights can preserve statistical convergence without preperving strong summability of unbounded sequences. We determine which ideals allow inclusion between two convergence classes to be characteried by the row weights of normalised nonnegative matrices on common disjoint finite blocks. A selection argument gives statistical comparison through asymptotic absolute continuity and strong comparison through explicit optimal weighted power constants. The universal validity of either necessity statement is equivalent to a positive pseudointersection property of the ideal; strictly positive two-point rows suffice for the converse. This ideal characterisation is the principal contribution. As applications, weights proportional to $j^{-\alpha}$, with $0<\alpha<1$, give inclusion from uniform means of order v to weighted means of order $p$ exactly when | ||
