چکیده | ||
زمینه و هدف: امروزه، تجربیات به یادماندنی به عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم و مؤثر در بازدید مجدد گردشگران از مقاصد گردشگری محسوب می شود. این پژوهش به بررسی ارتباط سطح مهارت زبان راهنمایان تور و توانایی آنها در خلق تجربیات بهیادماندنی با تمرکز بر دیدگاههای راهنمایان تور و گردشگران خارجی در ایران میپردازد. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توصیفی-اکتشافی، از نظر مخاطب، یک پژوهش بنیادی و بر اساس نحوۀ گردآوری دادهها از نوع پژوهش آمیخته (کمّی-کیفی) است. جمعآوری دادههای کمی از طریق پرسشنامه و دادههای کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش در بخش کمی 65 نفر گردشگر و در بخش کیفی 18 نفر راهنمای تور و 24 نفر گردشگر خارجی بودند. یافته ها: نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد که بین تجربیات به یادماندنی گزارششده توسط گردشگرانی که تحت راهنمایی افرادی با تسلط زبانی بالا قرار داشتند، در مقایسه با کسانی که توسط راهنمایان تور با مهارتهای زبانی پایه راهنمایی شدند، تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل محتوای بخش کیفی پژوهش پنج مضمون را از دیدگاه راهنمایان تور نشان داد که شامل: درک اشتراکات فرهنگی و تاریخی، موانع زبانی و تأثیرات آنها، داستانگویی و تسلط بر زبان، بازخورد منعکسکنندۀ اثربخشی زبان و مهارت زبانی به عنوان ابزاری برای ارتباط مؤثر بودند. نتایج تحلیل مضمون از دیدگاه کنشگران در قالب شش مضمون، اثرگذاری ارتباطی، تجربۀ لذت از تور، تأثیر عاطفی، سازگاری و انعطافپذیری، حرفهای بودن و چالشها و موانع مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادات: نتایج این پژوهش مؤید این مطلب است که تسلط زبانی راهنمایان تور یک جزء اساسی در راهنمایی مؤثر در گردشگری میباشد. یافتههای این پژوهش نیاز به سرمایهگذاری مداوم را در آموزش زبان برای راهنمایان تور برجسته میکند. با انجام این کار، صنعت گردشگری میتواند اطمینان حاصل کند که گردشگران نه تنها با دانش بیشتر بلکه با خاطرات گرانبهایی سفرهای خود را به پایان میرسانند. نوآوری و اصالت: این پژوهش تلاش دارد با برجسته نمودن نقش مهارت زبانی راهنمایان تور در این حوزه، به درک نقش عنصر مهم زبان در خلق تجربیات به یادماندنی برای مدیران گردشگری کمک کند و با تولید ادبیات جدید در این ارتباط، رویکرد پژوهشگران را در توجه به موضوعات بین رشتهای تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. | ||

Context and Purpose: Memorable experiences are considered one of the effective factors in tourists revisiting tourist destinations. This study investigated the relationship between tour guides' language proficiency level and their capability to create memorable experiences, focusing on tour guides' and foreign tourists’ perspectives. Design/methodology/approach: This research adopted a mixed-methods design in which both quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analysed. A questionnaire was used to collect quantitative data, and semi-structured interviews were used for qualitative data. The participants comprised 23 tour guides and 65 foreign tourists. Findings: The results of the quantitative section indicated that there is a significant difference between the memorable experiences of tourists who were guided by people with high language proficiency compared to those who were guided by tour guides with basic language skills. The results of the thematic analysis of tour guides revealed five themes encompassing understanding historical and cultural commonalities, language barriers and their impact, storytelling and language mastery, feedback reflecting language effectiveness, and language proficiency as a tool for connection. The results of the thematic analysis of tourists demonstrated six themes constituting communication effectiveness, tour enjoyment experience, emotional impact, adaptability and flexibility, perceived professionalism, challenges, and barriers. Conclusion: The results of this research corroborate that the language proficiency of tour guides is an essential component in effective tour guiding. The results of this research highlight the need for continued investment in language training for tour guides. By doing this, the tourism industry can ensure that tourists end their trips not only with more knowledge but also with precious memories. Originality/value: By highlighting the role of language skills of tour guides, this research helps to understand the role of the important element of language in creating memorable experiences for tourism managers. | ||
