| اهداف: بحث دربارۀ توسعه‌یافتگی و توسعهنیافتگی کشورها، پیچیدگی‌های بسیاری داشته و همواره از سوی متفکران و مکاتب مختلف در تناظر با برداشت‌ها و رویکردهای خاص، واکاوی شده است. منش ملی نیز از موضوعاتی بوده که برخی از دیرباز با تأمل در باب آن، پیرامون نسبت خلقیات جوامع ملی و نقش آن بر امر توسعه، به‌ویژه چرایی و چگونگی توسعهنیافتگی، اندیشه‌ورزی کرده‌اند. بر اساس این، پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا با تکیه بر مبانی و مفاهیم دانش سیاست، به رابطۀ میان منش ملی و امر توسعه در اندیشۀ متفکران بپردازد. روش مطالعه: این پژوهش با رویکردی تحلیلی و مشخصاً بر مبنای الگوی نظری جامعه-شناسی معرفت، این پرسش را مورد مداقه قرار می‌دهد که چگونه می‌توان با کاربست الگوی پیش‌گفته، پیرامون اندیشۀ متفکران در خصوص رابطۀ میان منش ملی و امر توسعه تأمل کرد؟ یافته‌ها: در برابر چنان پرسشی می‌توان چنین فرضی را مبنا قرار داد که جامعهشناسی معرفت با توجه به بن‌مایه‌های نظری و با محوریت قرار دادن ارتباط میان واقعیات اجتماعی (فرهنگ جامعه و ساخت اجتماعی) از یک سو و کنش و اندیشۀ افراد از سوی دیگر، می‌تواند دربارۀ رابطۀ میان منش ملی و امر توسعه به‌ویژه بحث توسعهنیافتگی، یافته‌های مفهومی و نظری شایان تأملی را ارائه داده و حتی در مقام الگویی فرانظری، موجب تشکیک در صحت بسیاری از نظریات توسعه مبتنی بر منش ملی شود. نتایج: با تأکید بر اینکه شناخت متفکرین و کنش‌های نظری هیچ اندیشمندی در خلأ به وجود نیامده است، می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که در تئوری‌های مربوط به پیوند منش ملی و توسعه، هرچه از ارائۀ استدلالات مبتنی بر عناصر ذاتی ملت‌ها و همچنین منافع استعماری دولت‌های متبوعۀ برخی اندیشمندان فاصله گرفته و بر دلایل هویتی، تاریخی، اجتماعی و ساختاری تمرکز شود، به همان نسبت، یافته‌های واقع‌بینانه‌تری در خصوص ویژگی‌های اخلاقی ملت‌ها عرضه خواهد شد و بالعکس. | ||

| Objectives: The debate about development and underdevelopment has many complexities and has always been analyzed by different thinkers following specific approaches. National character is also a topic that some have long pondered on, reflecting on the relationship between the temperaments of national societies and their role in development, especially the why and how of underdevelopment. Accordingly, the present study aims to address the relationship between national character and development in the thoughts of thinkers, relying on the foundations and concepts of political science. Methods: This study, with an analytical approach and specifically based on the theoretical model of the sociology of knowledge, examines the question of how, by applying the aforementioned model, one can reflect on the thoughts of thinkers regarding the relationship between national character and development. Results: It can be assumed that the sociology of knowledge, by considering theoretical foundations and focusing on the relationship between social realities (culture of society and social structure) on the one hand and the actions and thoughts of individuals on the other, can present conceptual findings worth pondering about the relationship between national character and development, especially the issue of underdevelopment, and even, as a trans-theoretical model, can cast doubt on the validity of many theories of development based on national character. Conclusion: Emphasizing that the knowledge of thinkers and the theoretical actions of no thinker have arisen in a vacuum, it can be concluded that in theories related to the connection between national character and development, the more one moves away from presenting arguments based on the inherent elements of nations as well as the colonial interests of the respective states of some thinkers and focuses on identity, historical, social, and structural reasons, the more realistic findings will be presented regarding the moral characteristics of nations, and vice versa. | ||
