| بافت‌های تاریخی واجد ارزش‌های تاریخی و فرهنگی هستند و حفظ و احیاء آن‌ها نقش مهمی در توسعۀ گردشگری و پایداری اقتصاد دارد؛ اما تحولات امروز، موجب نابسامانی‌ها و تغییرات فضایی و کالبدی در این بافت‌ها شده و ترک و ویرانی آن‌ها را در پی داشته است. بافت تاریخی بیاض نیز از این تحولات و نابسامانی‌ها مستثنی نبوده‌است. مسأله اصلی پژوهش، راهکارهای حفظ بافت تاریخی بیاض و ظرفیت‌های آن برای توسعۀ گردشگری تاریخی در شهرستان انار و استان کرمان است؛ پرسش این است که ضرورت و راهکارهای حفظ بافت تاریخیِ بیاض چیست؟ چه ظرفیت‌ها، چالش‌ها و راهکارهایی در توسعه گردشگری تاریخی در این بافت تاریخی وجود دارد؟ اطلاعات به روش‌های میدانی و اسنادی گردآوری شده و پس از معرفی بافت، تبیین ارزش‌های آن، ضرورت و راهکارهای حفظ آن، به تبیین ظرفیت‌ها و راهکارهای توسعۀ گردشگری تاریخی در آن پرداخته شده‌است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد راهکارها و فرایند حفظ بافت تاریخی بیاض شامل سه مرحلۀ تشخیص، مداخله و پایش یعنی، مطالعۀ پیشینۀ تاریخی، ارزیابی وضعیت امروزی، ثبت بافت، کاوش و خواناسازی آثار، استحکام‌بخشی، تعیین عرصه و حرایم و پایش وضعیت بافت با استمداد از جامعۀ محلّی است. هم‌چنین، برای توسعۀ گردشگری در بافت تاریخی بیاض راهکارهایی مانند: معرفی و تبلیغات، مشارکت جامعۀ محلّی در حفظ و مدیریت بافت، آموزش شیوه‌های تعامل جامعۀ محلّی و گردشگران، تدابیری برای بهبود زیرساخت‌های حمل‌ونقل، بهداشتی، پایگاه‌های انتظامی و تأمین امنیت، ارائه تسهیلات و تخفیف‌های مالیاتی و مشاوره برای افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری محلّی، برگزاری رویدادهای فرهنگی و نمایشگاه فصلی و سنّتی، پایش مستمر نیازها و میزان رضایت گردشگران پیشنهاد می‌شود. | ||

| Preservation and restoration of historical urban and rural contexts are important in developing tourism and economic sustainability. The problem is the strategies for preserving the historical context of Bayaz and its capacity for developing historical tourism. The questions are what are the necessities and strategies for preserving the historical context of Bayaz? What capacities, challenges, and strategies exist in developing historical tourism in this historical context? The results show that the strategies and process for preserving the historical context of Bayaz have three stages, including identification, intervention, and monitoring. The necessary measures in these three stages include studying the history and historical developments, assessing the current situation, registering the historical texture in the list of national monuments, exploring and making the monuments legible, strengthening, delimiting the historical texture of Bayaz, and monitoring the condition of the structures and spaces with the help of the local community. Also, the following solutions and measures are suggested for the development of tourism in the historical context of Bayaz: introduction and advertising, participation of the local community in the preservation and management of the historical heritage and context, training in the methods of interaction between the local community and tourists, measures to improve transportation, accommodation, health, information technology, law enforcement and security infrastructure, providing incentive facilities and tax discounts and specialized consultations to increase local investment, presenting local and traditional products within the historical context, holding cultural events and seasonal and traditional exhibitions in Bayaz, and continuous monitoring of tourists' needs and satisfaction levels. | ||
