چکیده | ||
امروزه صنعت گردشگری یکی از مهمترین بخشهایی است که در اقتصاد هر کشور در زمینه اشتغال زایی و کسب درآمد میتواند تاثیرگذار باشد. یکی از بخشهای موثر در اقتصاد گردشگری، کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط است که از مشخصههای بارز این کسب و کارها تاکید آنها بر کارآفرینی و توانمندی و ارائه مداوم نوآوری است. در این راستا، این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیر خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی و قابلیت نوآوری بر عملکرد کسب و کارهای گردشگری میپردازد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان کسب و کارهای گردشگری و مهمان نوازی شهر تبریز است که تعداد 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای استفاده شد. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه بود و تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای تحقیق از معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل انجام شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی تاثیر معناداری بر قابلیت نوآوری (49/0) و عملکرد کسب و کارهای گردشگری ( 32/0 ) دارد و نیز قابلیت نوآوری تاثیر معناداری بر عملکرد کسب و کارهای گردشگری (57/0) دارد. بنابراین، نتایج نشان داد که خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی و قابلیت نوآوری امری حیاتی در موفقیت و بهبود فعالیتهای کسب و کارهای گردشگری دارد و عملکرد آنها را میتوان از طریق این عوامل ارتقا داد. | ||

Today, the tourism industry is one of the most important sectors in the economy of any country in terms of employment and income can be effective. One of the most effective sectors in the tourism economy is small and medium-sized businesses, which are characterized by their emphasis on entrepreneurship and empowerment and continuous innovation. In this regard, this study examines the impact of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and innovation capability on the performance of tourism businesses. The statistical population of this research is the employees of tourism and hospitality businesses in Tabriz. 200 people were selected as the sample using stratified sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire and structural equations were used to analyze the research data using LISREL software. Findings showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant effect on the innovation capability (0.49) and the performance of tourism businesses (0.32) and also the innovation capability has a significant effect on the performance of tourism businesses (0.57). Therefore, the results showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy and innovation capability are critical to the success and improvement of tourism businesses and their performance can be improved through these factors. | ||
