| چکیده | ||
| با رشد سریع شهرها، میزان تصادف‌ها افزایش یافته و امنیت شهروندان را به خطر می‌اندازد. رشت همانند بسیاری از شهرهای دیگر، با تصادف‌های متعددی مواجه است که منجر به تلفات جانی، جراحات و هزینه‌های اقتصادی می‌شود. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی رابطه علّی بین عوامل ایمنی شهروندان در خدمات حمل و نقل بین شهری ارائه شده در شهرستان رشت است. ایمنی شهروندان با هدف ارائه خدمات حمل و نقل بین شهری برای شهروندان اندازه‌گیری می‌شود. هدف پژوهش کاربردی و از نظر روش پیمایشی و بر اساس "مدل معادلات ساختاری" است. جامعه آماری، از شهروندان شهرستان رشت تشکیل شده است، تعداد نمونه 386 نفر محاسبه شد. از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و از پرسشنامه برای جمع‌آوری و استخراج داده استفاده شد. برای بررسی و تحلیل رابطه علی بین عوامل ایمنی حمل و نقل در خدمات ارائه شده حمل و نقلی در بین شهروندان شهرستان رشت، از سه روش تحلیل عاملی، همبستگی پیرسون و تجزیه و تحلیل خوشه سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که بین قوانین و مقررات ترافیکی و اجرای و رفتار مسافرتی راننده یک همبستگی مثبت و معنادار قوی 784/0 برقرار است. عامل اول 23 درصد از واریانس کل را نشان می دهد، که تحت تأثیر بارعاملی قوانین ترافیکی و اجرای و رفتار سفر رانندگان، بر ایمنی شهروندان در جاده های بین شهری تأثیر می‌گذارد. در نتیجه، پرداختن به این عوامل به افزایش ایمنی مسافران و کاهش وقوع تصادف‌ها و تلفات کمک می‌کند و در نتیجه تجربه کلی حمل‌ونقل بین شهری را برای شهروندان شهرستان رشت بهبود می‌بخشد. | ||

| With the rapid growth of cities, the number of accidents has increased and endangers the safety of citizens. Rasht, like many other cities, faces numerous accidents that lead to loss of life, injuries and economic costs. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the causal relationship between the safety factors of citizens in urban transportation services provided in Rasht city. The safety of citizens is measured with the aim of providing intercity transportation services for citizens. The purpose of the research is applied and in terms of survey method and based on "structural equation model". The statistical population consists of citizens of Rasht city, the sample number was calculated to be 386 people. A random sampling method and a questionnaire were used to collect and extract data. Three methods of factor analysis, Pearson correlation and hierarchical cluster analysis were used to investigate and analyze the causal relationship between transportation safety factors in the provided transportation services among the citizens of Rasht city. The findings of the research show that there is a strong positive correlation of 0.784 between the traffic rules and the implementation and travel behavior of the driver. The first factor represents 23% of the total variance, which affects the safety of citizens on intercity roads under the influence of traffic laws and the implementation and behavior of drivers. As a result, addressing these factors helps to increase the safety of passengers and reduce the occurrence of accidents and fatalities, and thus improves the overall experience of intercity transportation for the citizens of Rasht city. | ||
