| زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه در راستای افزایش نگرانیها نسبت به محیط زیست در صنعت گردشگری، به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد محیط زیستی کارکنان هتلهای شهر یزد انجام گرفته است. هتلها به عنوان بخش مهمی از صنعت گردشگری تأثیر مهمی بر محیط زیست دارند و عملکرد کارکنان نقش کلیدی در هدایت هتلها متناسب با ملاحظات پایداری محیط زیستی دارد. روش شناسی: در این تحقیق از روش کمی به منظور سنجش متغیرها و آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق استفاده شده است. جامعۀ هدف این تحقیق، کارکنان و مدیران هتلهای 4 و 5 ستارۀ شهر یزد میباشد که به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تعداد 245 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار SmartPLS-4 انجام گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که رفتار شهروندی و رفتار حامی محیط زیست تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد محیط زیستی کارکنان دارد. اما تأثیر مشارکت محیط زیستی و تعهد سازمانی بر عملکرد محیط زیستی کارکنان هتل در شهر یزد مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت. از نتایج دیگر تحقیق، اثر معنادار مشارکت محیط زیستی، تعهد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی بر رفتار حامی محیط زیست؛ اثر معنادار مشارکت محیط زیستی بر تعهد سازمانی و اثر معنادار مشارکت زیستمحیطی و تعهد سازمانی بر رفتار شهروندی میباشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای مشارکت، رفتار شهروندی، تعهد و رفتار حامی محیط زیست بیش از 79 درصد از تغییرات عملکرد محیط زیستی کارکنان هتل را تبیین و پیشبینی کنند. نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادات: یافتههای تحقیق اهمیت عملکرد محیط زیستی را در صنعت هتلداری نشان میدهد و مدیران هتلها میتوانند از طریق توجه به محیط زیست و تعریف آن در قالب اهداف سازمانی به بهبود عملکرد کلی هتل و ملاحظات محیط زیستی هتل خود کمک نمایند. نوآوری و اصالت: از نوآوری و اصالت این تحقیق میتوان به تأکید بر نقش کارکنان در عملکرد محیط زیستی هتل، تمایز بین رفتارهای رسمی و غیررسمی کارکنان و برجستهسازی مسائل محیط زیستی در فعالیتهای بخش هتلداری میباشد. | ||

| Context and Purpose: In recent years, the environment has become one of the main issues of human societies. Hotels have an important impact on the environment, and the performance of hotel employees can also play a key role in addressing environmental considerations. This study was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the environmental performance of employees in the hotel sector. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, a quantitative method was used to measure variables and test research hypotheses. The target population of this study is the employees and managers of 4 and 5-star hotels in Yazd, of which 245 people were selected as a sample using cluster sampling. Findings: The study results showed that citizenship behavior and pro-environmental behavior significantly affect the environmental performance of employees. However, the effect of environmental participation and organizational commitment on the environmental performance of hotel employees in Yazd was not confirmed. Other results of the study include the significant effect of environmental participation, organizational commitment, and citizenship behavior on pro-environmental behavior; the significant effect of environmental participation on organizational commitment; and the significant effect of environmental participation and organizational commitment on citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The findings of the study highlight the importance of environmental performance in the hotel industry. Hotel managers can enhance the overall performance of the hotel and its environmental considerations by focusing on the environment and defining it as part of organizational goals. Originality/value: The innovation and originality of this research include methodological innovation, emphasis on employee behavior in improving performance, distinction between formal and informal employee behaviors, and highlighting environmental issues in hotel sector activities. | ||
