| چکیده | ||
| زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه در راستای افزایش نگرانی‌ها نسبت به محیط زیست در صنعت گردشگری، به بررسی عوامل موثر بر عملکرد محیط‌زیستی کارکنان هتل‌های شهر یزد انجام گرفته است. روش‌شناسی: در این تحقیق از روش کمی به منظور سنجش متغیرها و آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق استفاده شده است. جامعه هدف این تحقیق، کارکنان و مدیران هتل‌های 4 و 5 ستاره شهر یزد می‌باشد که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تعداد 245 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار SmartPLS-4 انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که رفتار شهروندی و رفتار حامی محیط‌‌‌‌‌‌زیست تاثیر معناداری بر عملکرد محیط‌زیستی کارکنان دارد. اما تاثیر مشارکت محیط‌زیستی و تعهد سازمانی بر عملکرد محیط‌زیستی کارکنان هتل در شهر یزد مورد تایید قرار نگرفت. از نتایج دیگر تحقیق، اثر معنادار مشارکت محیط‌زیستی، تعهد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی بر رفتار حامی محیط‌‌‌‌‌‌زیست؛ اثر معنادار مشارکت محیط‌زیستی بر تعهد سازمانی و اثر معنادار مشارکت زیست محیطی و تعهد سازمانی بر رفتار شهروندی می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهادات: یافته‌های تحقیق اهمیت عملکرد محیط‌زیستی را در صنعت هتل‌داری نشان می‌دهد و مدیران هتل‌ها می‌توانند از طریق توجه به محیط زیست و تعریف آن در قالب اهداف سازمانی به بهبود عملکرد کلی هتل و ملاحظات محیط‌زیستی هتل خود کمک نمایند. نوآوری و اصالت: از نوآوری و اصالت این تحقیق می‌توان به تاکید بر نقش کارکنان در عملکرد محیط‌زیستی هتل، تمایز بین رفتارهای رسمی و غیررسمی کارکنان و برجسته‌سازی مسائل محیط زیستی در فعالیت‌های بخش هتل‌داری می‌باشد. | ||

| Background and Objective: In recent years, the environment has become one of the main issues of human societies. Hotels have an important impact on the environment, and the performance of hotel employees can also play a key role in paying attention to environmental considerations in hotels. This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the factors affecting the environmental performance of employees in the hotel sector. Methodology: In this study, a quantitative method was used to measure variables and test research hypotheses. The target population of this study is the employees and managers of 4 and 5 star hotels in Yazd, of which 245 people were selected as a sample using cluster sampling. Findings: The results of the study showed that citizenship behavior and pro-environmental behavior have a significant effect on the environmental performance of employees. However, the effect of environmental participation and organizational commitment on the environmental performance of hotel employees in Yazd was not confirmed. Other results of the study include the significant effect of environmental participation, organizational commitment, and citizenship behavior on pro-environmental behavior; the significant effect of environmental participation on organizational commitment; and the significant effect of environmental participation and organizational commitment on citizenship behavior. Conclusion and Suggestions: The findings of the study show the importance of environmental performance in the hotel industry, and hotel managers can help improve the overall performance of the hotel and its environmental considerations by paying attention to the environment and defining it in the form of organizational goals. | ||
