چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی بین المللی سازی نظام آموزش عالی با تأکید بر پژوهشهای دانشگاهی بود. روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی بوده و روش نظریۀ دادهبنیاد در این پژوهش ملاک عمل واقع شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و خبرگان در حوزۀ مدیریت و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه محقق اردبیل میباشد که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و بهکارگیری معیار اشباع نظری، مصاحبههایی نیمهساختاریافته با 12 نفر بهعنوان مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش انجام شد. برای بررسی روایی و پایایی از روش گوبا و لینکن (1985) استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل دادهها در طی سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری نظری و کدگذاری انتخابی حاکی از 93 کد اولیه، 18 کد ثانویه و 6 مقولۀ کلی است که در چارچوب مدلی پارادایمی شامل: شرایط علی (توسعۀ همکاریهای بینالمللی، اهدای جوایز و تقدیرنامهها، جشنواره و کنفرانس معتبر)، پدیده محوری (تدوین استانداردهای بینالمللی، کیفیتبخشی به پژوهشهای دانشگاهی)، راهبردها (دیپلماسی، بودجهبندی و حمایت مالی، سیاست سازمانی)، شرایط مداخلهگر (کنترل و بازبینی مستمر، بهروزرسانی فناوریهای اطلاعاتی، خدمات مشاوره و پژوهش)، شرایط زمینهای (توانمندسازی اعضای هیأت علمی و کارکنان، رهبری دانشگاهی، روحیۀ مشارکت و کارتیمی) و پیامدها (کسب مزیت رقابتی، توسعۀ فرهنگ تفکر نقاد و انتقادپذیری، توسعۀ روحیۀ پژوهشگری)، تحلیل شده است. نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادات: دانشگاهها برای کسب اعتبار بینالمللی نیاز دارند در زمینۀ بینالمللیسازی پژوهش در آموزش عالی گام بردارند و به مدلی نیاز دارند که راهنمای دانشگاه برای رسیدن به این هدف باشد. الگوی ارائهشده در این تحقیق میتواند راهگشا باشد. نوآوری و اصالت: تفاوتی که این پژوهش نسبت به پژوهشهای قبلی دارد، این است که در این پژوهش به ارتباط بین بینالمللیسازی نظام آموزش عالی و پژوهشهای دانشگاهی میپردازیم. | ||

Purpose: The present research aims to design a model for the internationalization of the higher education system with an emphasis on academic research. Methodology: This study is qualitative, and the foundational data theory method was the criterion of action. The statistical community included university professors and experts in the field of management and educational sciences at Mohaghegh Ardabil University. Using the purposeful sampling method and applying the theoretical saturation criterion, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 people as participants in the research. Guba and Lincoln’s (1985) method was used to check validity and reliability. Findings: The results of data analysis during three stages of open coding, theoretical coding, and selective coding indicate 93 primary codes, 18 secondary codes, and six general categories, which in the framework of a paradigmatic model were identified, including causal conditions (development of international cooperation, donation awards and certificates, prestigious festivals and conferences), central phenomenon (drafting of international standards, quality of academic research), strategies (diplomacy, budgeting and financial support, organizational policy), intervening conditions (control and continuous review, updating information technologies, consulting and research services), background conditions (empowering faculty members and staff, academic leadership, participation and teamwork spirit), and consequences (gaining competitive advantage, developing a culture of critical thinking and criticism, developing a spirit of research). Conclusion and suggestions: In order to gain international recognition, universities need to take steps to internationalize research in higher education; they need a model that guides them to achieve this goal. The model presented in this research can be helpful. Innovation and originality: This study differs from previous studies in that it deals with the relationship between the internationalization of the higher education system and university studies. | ||
